This great little gem of a restaurant is attached to a gas station so I wasn't expecting too much but I was wrong. Great food and nice employees. We will definitely visit again.

I am the biggest skeptic of restaurants attached to gas stations…my husband insisted we try it. This is the best breakfast I have had in a restaurant in a very long time!!!!!! We ate there both mornings that we were in town and we will come here again any time we are back in Cherokee!

My breakfast was huge and delicious! I didn't expect the biscuits and gravy that came with my breakfast to come on their own plate! If I lived near by I would be a regular

Big selection of food, breakfast was amazing. Very nice staff, neat and clean dining area, there's even a drive thru. The only downside is they close at 2

Been coming over to Cherokee for work recently and we discovered Mabel's looking for a place to get a biscuit. Every time we come over here for work now we have to stop at Mabel's. Huge delicious biscuits at a great price. Cheaper to go Mabel's than McDonald's and 10x better. Never disappointed. Service is always great, very friendly. Check them out next time your in town, guarantee you it's worth it!!

We live 12 miles away in Bryson City and wanted to try this place for a while. We definitely were impressed. Was very clean, staff was cheerful, and asked if there was anything else we needed after we sat down. Food was hot, delicious, and very large portions. Prices were very reasonable compared to many other restaurants within in a twenty mile radius. Before we went here looked at some of the bad reviews and all I can say is they were wrong. Please go try this quaint little spot for breakfast or lunch and judge for yourself oh and btw our bill was only $20.00 + we tipped in the tip jar at counter. My husband had the 3 large pancakes and a thick sliced fried bologna, I had the country fried steak and biscuit with the homemade gravy and coffee . Just to show the comparison we ate at our local diner yesterday and had the same meal and it was 40.00 with tip. Mabel's will now be our go to for breakfast since it's only 12 miles from here

I eat here almost every day. Breakfast and lunch. Breakfast I like to get the sausage cheese biscuit or the mabels breakfast. Both are 10/10. The waffle and pancakes are good too! For lunch their burgers are so darn good. Some of the best burgers I have ever ever ever had. It’s my guilty pleasure to get a burger from Mabel’s and my eyes roll to the back of my head almost everytime. The breakfast hash brows (not the shredded) but the patty isn’t very good, they always come out way too oily, undercooked and not good. I hope they change them because I love me a good hash brown. Now their shredded hash brows and cubed hash brows are great! Especially the cubed ? all in all I highly recommend this place. The food, the staff, the cleanliness… all 10’sKid-friendliness: They’re so good to our kids and watch out for my nephew who does their alone sometimes to pick up food

We were visiting the casino and looking for a local breakfast place. Food was good, prices ok. Cost 20.00 for 2 people. One meal was loaded omelet and the other was 3 large pancakes. The restaurant was attached to the Exxon gas station. We ordered at the counter and they bring the food to the table. The employees were kind of loud talking. We would recommend for a quick breakfast. They do have a drive through as well.

Waited 35 mins to get our food, the person taking orders gave really bad attitude towards us for no reason. Food is mid, it’s around 16 dollars after tax and tips. Extremely slow, not even full.
