Only comment we had was the fact we ordered a filet medium and we and the waitress said pink throughout but there was just a very little pink in the very center. Filet was still very tender but overcooked .
The guests we were seated next to were entirely too Loud, a table full of young obnoxious men
Awesome food and Laura was a great waitress We always enjoy our dining experience at Ruth Chris ! Cannot wait until tastemaker dinners start back!
Tyler was exceptional and went to great lengths to ensure we had a remarkable evening celebrating Grandpa's 80th!
This was a terrible experience, not just by me but all the guests around me experienced the same horrible evening. Sadly it's not the first time, Ruth Chris in the casino is absolutely the worst one in the country. I don't understand why the casino continues to value them here. They should emptied it out and replace it with a better steakhouse brand or Gordon Ramsay. Stop renewing their contract!
The food was amazing , the kitchen seemed a little slow but we didn't mind since the drinks were awesome as well. I highly recommend it if you staying at Harrah's
We truly enjoyed our dinner. Our Ribeye steak was cooked the way we like it, it was very moist and delicious. Our salad was crispy, the garlic mashed potatoes were great, and our waitress was personable and attentive. We always try to eat there when at Cherokee hotel and casino.
We had a delicious meal and the ambience was perfect. Our waiter Ian was AMAZING and took extra good care of us. The manager Kim also took great care of us and every detail was perfect. We are already looking forward to eating there again hopefully soon.
We were sat very quickly after we arrived. The food and service was perfect. If gluten is an issue for you their menu is “gluten friendly”. I was able to order Caesar salad no croutons, filet mignon w/ shrimp, mashed potatoes and crème brûlée for dessert. Unfortunately, they were out of their flourless chocolate cake(gluten free) so I'll have to go back and try it. It's been a full 24 hrs and no symptoms!
excellent food! Great service with Julio doing a great job!

Food was ok , For what it was it wasn't worth what we paid . Steak wasn't cooked correctly. Salad was just awful Drinks was great , Waiter was perfect.
We had Huleo and he was the best. Great French onion soup, the spicy shrimp and lamb chops were amazing. My husband is impressed with the chefs lamp chops. The cheesecake is one of the best I've ever had in my life. We will definitely be back.
Julio was one of the best waiters we have ever had at any restaurant. He was our server at Ruth’s Chris in Harrah’s Cherokee. He was polite and professional. We enjoyed his service. Hopefully we can have the pleasure of having him again.
The food was amazing also. We have ate there many time but this was our best experience! The

I do love Ruth's Chris steak house. I've been to several locations around the country and always have a great experience. My only complaint to date was a recent visit to the location in Cherokee NC inside Harrah's Casino. Food quality was awesome, atmosphere delightful, and the service was great. My only challenge was the steak. Not the taste or tenderness, it was cooked to perfection. My concern was the size... All three of us chose the pick three for a fixed price, and all three of us chose the steak option. I decided to upgrade ($18) from a 6oz to the 11oz, mid-rare. Shortly after ordering I was told the upgrade doesn't include the grilled shrimp, okay, I can live with that since I'm getting a really nice size steak! Or so I thought. When the meals arrives, there were two plates with shrimp and one without. Yet all three streaks were the same size. So I waited a few minutes for our server to comeback and ask how things were, and I said I ordered the 11oz upgrade and all three streaks appeared to be the same. She then proceeded to tell me that infact, I had the 11oz steak. At that point I was hungry and finished my meal. I'm not a rancher, a chef, or a mathematician, but shouldn't I have expected a steak nearly twice the size of the 6oz? Again, every aspect of the meal was great except the portion size. I go to Cherokee often and will try again at some point, but maybe ask to see the difference between a 6oz and 11oz next time?
