Everything was great until manager very rudely told me I could not switch to a table after ordering from bar. I needed to move to a table because a small child would be joining me. The manager ruined the the positive vibe I was enjoying because she needed to ensure policy was enforced. It was not busy so I don't know what was her problem.

We came for a casual dinner. There were 4 of us- 3 adults and 1 kid (11 years old) Because we had someone watching our toddler in our room we looked at the menu online ahead of time to speed dinner up a bit. I pulled the menu from the Caesar's Rewards App. We all looked at it and had an idea of what we were going to order. It was Thursday evening and we were seated right away. They had live band Karaoke going on and it was LOUD! Once we got the menus I asked the server if they had a combo platter for an appetizer and she said no. The menus online are not the current menus. This was a little annoying but not a huge deal. Food was okay bar food. (Which bar food was what we were going for) If you are planning to hold a conversation with those at your table I wouldn't go on a Thursday. I also wouldn't take children on a Thursday since some of the people doing the karaoke were already over served by 7pm.

Everyone is sitting around the table talking about how bad there food is. The most bland food any of us have ever tasted. From the spaghetti to the sandwiches it is beyond awful. Only thing that was enjoyable was the jumbo shrimp. Cheaper to eat at the buffet.

Ordered a Chicken Caesar salad. Waited 30 minutes, gave up and left. Terrible service. Thankfully I don't have to come back to this place. Ever.

Disgusting. I ordered the Fry Bread and was sick for two days. The server had trouble seating me when there were only 3 patrons This place is not good. It is quite clean in the restaurant and might have good deals for parents but it wasn't for me. Several people complained about the quality of their food. My food was gross. It tasted as if it were cooked in old oil and I was sick for a couple days. I won't go back here when visiting Cherokee
We enjoy the food we had hamburgers they were pretty good and salad which was really good it was really fresh we eat there every time that we go to the casino

No hostess...sign that said see bartender for service....one bartender games are on, bowling is packed....sat for 20 min not even acknowledged. I know it's the casino but should have went to pizza hut first then I wouldn't have been hungry. Harrah's why even have the restaurant there? Just expand the arcade that way when I'm hungry and mad I have colorful lights and away for me to at least give you my money.

Tried to eat at SoundBytes restaurant on 2/24/18. The restaurant was less than half full but were told it was a 15 minute wait. Within 15 minutes we were seated and given menus. After another 10 minutes, with no server to even take a drink order, we decided to leave. The Hostess, who knew nothing about the Harrah's Reward Credit system, was busy on her phone when we left and never inquired as to our reason for departing. I realize that the entire Center is under separate management from Harrah's but they may want to take a closer look at a disaster operating under their roof.

Went there when they first opened , the food was just horrible. Bland and uncreative I was told they had a new a menu so I went out for "Taco Tuesday". I ordered 3 , ate one and threw the rest out . Absolutely the worst tacos I have ever eaten. The rest of my group ordered off the menu of over priced fried foods. That's two menus , two failures in the short time they have been opened. Instead of changing menus they might want to think about changing the kitchen manager/chef that is coming up with this awful food.
