Prices of are higher than at a regular Starbucks. They remove the price tags of the regular retail and put their own price tag, upcharging everything. They also do not let you redeem your stars for rewards on anything or give you stars for your purchases.

Basically, your app is worthless except to give them the payment. They will gladly take your money and not give any rewards in return.

I just got a drink and food from there, and it is the best Starbucks out there. The cashier, Audra, was very friendly, and all the other staff were great too!

I use to come here everyday but it’s far too slow for me to justify. One day I waited a whole hour and there was only 4 people in front of me. My drink has been made wrong and when I have asked for it to be made correctly I was told no. It’s really sad because this location use to be great, but the past two months have been terrible. Sad to say I will not be returning.

As I stand in line for 30 min they have served all of 7 people and don't care to speed up at all Person at the register is struggling for sure with no help from coworkers sad !!!

By far the worse starbucks ever.Coffee ALWAYS taste burnt, like extra burnt.

Does not function like a normal Starbucks. They charge for non bottled water and none of the wall outlets work in cafe.

This Starbucks charges per pump added to your drink, everything that is normally included in your charge is a separate fee. I live in the Clearwater area (touristy etc) and my drink was more then double the normal price. They are also extremely rude "Starbucks corporate has us charge for every pump separately that is their rule" um no it isn't.

I've come to the Creek Tower Starbucks at Harrahs Cherokee each morning I've been here and for a $5 coffee the same cashier two mornings in a row "needs" my ID to charge my card. Now typically this wouldn't bother me a bit, but I think she's judging me based on my 7am appearance (which I'll admit- I rolled out of bed for Starbucks as usual). Yesterday, I talked with other employees that said no one at the resort should be IDing you unless it's over $100. I understand Starbucks may have some separate rules from Harrahs and require it- but the lady is not asking everyone for their IDs- I stood around to see today. It's insulting to be treated with less respect than other patrons, especially when we're all here to relax and have a good time.I'll be going to Cherokee Tower the remainder of my trip in hopes to avoid her and her selective judgment and to recieve the usual great experience I've otherwise known Starbucks to have....At least the coffee tastes good!

Service was absolutely terrible there were 2 Caucasian girls at the front counter and they just sat there and looked at me for serveral mins before they even acknowledged me and when one girl did acknowledge me she asked me have someone helped me and i told her no and she had the nerve to just walk off and still refuse to take my order and the other girl didnt even try to take my order she just continued on doing what she was doing but yet the other white couple that was after me got served faster than i can even take a seat out in the lobby. I feel like because i was black that they didnt want to serve me i feel they should get some kind of disciplinary action after this they looked at me as if i was a criminal and all i wanted was a cup of coffee. Very poor service!!!!

Walked up to the counter at 12:30 on this day, 2 employees busy in the back doing whatever it is they do, the counter was cluttered with receipts, stapler among other items, they see me standing there and they said nothing so I asked are y'all closed? Neither female answered, so again I asked Hi,are y'all closed,( Me being the only customer standing there) she said No, and used a tone as if...Duh!!. I stood there a couple of seconds then I just walked away. All she had to say was I will be right with you. I won't order coffee there again. Not the first time I've been treated rude.I went to Gordon Ramsay's coffee bar instead.
