We just spent three days at Harrahs and picked up coffee every morning. We are not Starbucks people but coffee, service, and workers were great. Caleb stood out above all else and he was just awesome. Caleb was personable, went above and beyond each time he helped us, and should be commended for his customer service!! Thank you.

Coffee and nice view!

Christie is my favorite barista! Regulars here! She wasn’t working today when I went in-she is amazing!
Ordered online and frustrated at the time it took to get drink order. Had time to finish my lunch, drive up the road, and still waited in store 12 minutes for my refreshers! Elizabeth stepped in and made 2 drinks in about 60 seconds! I was extremely frustrated and she still made the drink with a smile! Thank you Elizabeth!!

I try to go every morning and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They make the best drinks compared to any other coffee shop around this area.

Wasted 10 minutes watching Cherokee employees flirt with the one Starbucks employee. Save your 15$ for a slot machine.

The girl with a ring in her nose was extremely rude. My child’s drink was made and set to the side, never called. When I finally asked about (20 minutes later), she just shrugged her shoulders as in she does not care. Teach your employees to apologize for bad service!

Always a line around the building. No separate line for diamond elite or seven star

Takes 30 plus minutes just to get a regular coffee.

Prices of are higher than at a regular Starbucks. They remove the price tags of the regular retail and put their own price tag, upcharging everything. They also do not let you redeem your stars for rewards on anything or give you stars for your purchases.

Basically, your app is worthless except to give them the payment. They will gladly take your money and not give any rewards in return.

I just got a drink and food from there, and it is the best Starbucks out there. The cashier, Audra, was very friendly, and all the other staff were great too!

I use to come here everyday but it’s far too slow for me to justify. One day I waited a whole hour and there was only 4 people in front of me. My drink has been made wrong and when I have asked for it to be made correctly I was told no. It’s really sad because this location use to be great, but the past two months have been terrible. Sad to say I will not be returning.

As I stand in line for 30 min they have served all of 7 people and don't care to speed up at all Person at the register is struggling for sure with no help from coworkers sad !!!
