Food was not great. One of our party had the cheesesteak and couldn't even finish half of it. Onion rings were cold. Wings were just ok. Tatertots were probably the best part of the meal.

We were there in February 2023. We found this way after a long trip to the food court which was closed! After being disappointed the food court was closed the Strikes Lounge more than made up for that. The beer cost less than inside the casino and super close to the areas we were playing in AND you can take your beer from there to the casino. The food we had was hot tasty and very inexpensive. Our server was so personable and checked in on us every time she was walked by (which was very often). We were well cared for and tipped very well. This is now our go to for beers and food.

Food and service was pretty good. Great replacement due to shutting down traditional food court forcing people to Ramsey.

Great bowling alley and arcade for the whole family! Sweet tea was delicious and Monday is all you can bowl with shoes for $20 , an unlimited arcade for $14. We got several food options to our lanes , such as Mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, wings, fries, and a pizza. The only thing I asked was for extra pizza sauce on the pizza and when that didn't happen and I asked the lady she told me they put it, I clearly showed her no pizza sauce on my pizza, and after talking to the manager they finally took the pizza off the ticket. If it wasn't for a unfriendly waitress this place would be 5 stars

We have been here before and really enjoyed ourselves. This time; however, we had many issues - the bumpers didn't come up for my 7-year gold's turn, balls got stuck and it took about 15 minutes out of our two hours to have a staff member take care of it, and over half the arcade games were out of service. I hope all these issues were because they were super busy. The staff at the ticket redemption area was rude. There is a small sign with a capacity limit outside the room, which is easily overlooked, but when advising a customer, there should be at least a little tact involved. Masks are required, but no staff monitoring social distancing or cleaning the arcade games. If we decide to come back, we will definitely try a different time or day.

Always wanted to go to Harrah’s Cherokee and Experience the Hype what people were ALWAYS talking about. The fun of playing the casino machine, eating at the restaurants, going bowling (which I love to play). Finally we plan a trip which was October 16-17. So while on this trip we decided to go bowling on Friday night (which I was wanting to show our friends how good I could bowl). We decided to eat first before we bowl and the whole time while there we experience the waitress staring at us and manager keeps walking around us. The lady manager comes to us and tell us that there is a patio area upstairs that if we like, we could go up their and eat. We told her that we were ok eating where we were at. So while eating at the little table we decided to go to the long tables that were in front of the bowling seats. Each couple sat at a table and started eating our food. Mind you we sat there until we were almost finish with our food. (Also not to mention there were no one bowling in front of us until we were also done). Then 2 managers come over and tell us that we had to move because these tables were for the ones that were going to bowl and mind you we were going to bowl. WHY would you wait till we get almost done with our meals and tell us to leave. Also one of the lady went to a family that came to a bowling lane and apologized for us seating at the the table that she was bowling in front of and the lady said “oh no you are fine because we were not eating”. This place treated us from the time we got there with no respect. So before you go to the bowling area make sure that you want to go to a place that treats you with “No Respect” because if that’s what you want then go there.

My friends and I were treated with so much disrespect from the time we entered until we left. We were given options for dining in and then rudely ordered to move half way through our meal.

Did not stay at hotel just went to travel from Georgia to the casino for a few hours. Enjoyed the machines and was able to move around freely with out hassle or being bothered. Enjoyed the gaming experience

While visiting Cherokee North Carolina for the weekend with our three children, ages 18, 17, and 12, our family decided to take advantage of a deal being offered by the UltraStar multi entertainment center. For $49.95, a family of up to five people can enjoy one hour and a half of bowling, with shoes included along with a large pizza and a $5 gaming card to be used in the arcade. This was an amazing deal that we all enjoy. I'm glad that there is still great, affordable entertainment available for larger families with children of all ages.

Bowling alley in a kid's accessible part of Harrah's casino. Very inexpensive, good service, good food, clean, and well staffed.
