Drove in for my pickup order, which had already been canceled. Would've been nice to get any kind of notification, phone call, text, email. If you can cancel an order, you can tell the customer why.

6:48 pm, me and hubs only dining in customers. Several dirty tables, 4 people working. Two ceiling fans running and it was a little chilly.

Don’t trust them to get orders on the app right. I don’t know why I submitted orders on the app for so long, they never get it right and are very rude about it when asked.

I've been going to this Subway on and off for 25+ years. My last visit by far was my least fave. The lady making my sandwich ran out of mayo and asked if she could give me mayo packs because there was no more in the store to refill. I took the packets and noticed that after she cleared the line, mayo reappeared. The cheese was cold on my sub (shouldn't have been) and my jalapenos stopped short of 3/4 the sub. As much as I love Subway subs, I don't think I'll go back to this location. Seems customer service and cleanliness are not a priority. So sad.

I informed the staff that I found an ant in my food. The person who claimed to be the assistant manager was neither friendly nor professional—she was dismissive and arrogant, simply offering to replace the sandwich without even an apology. It’s extremely disappointing to experience such poor customer service and complete disregard for food quality. I strongly recommend avoiding establishments that operate with this kind of attitude.

Restaurantji Recommends
We stopped by the crowded Subway to grab lunch and headed to the bathroom to wash our hands first. However, employees immediately told us that only customers could use the restroom. We explained that we intended to order lunch afterward, but felt embarrassed by the public reprimand in front of a full restaurant. The interaction felt rude, so we decided to eat elsewhere.

Stopped for subs. Walked in, went to the counter with my daughter and granddaughter. We were informed they can't sell subs as their oven was messed up. Okay. No problem but wanted to use the restroom on our way out and since I didn't order anything, the restrooms were locked. For customers only. Even tho I was going to be a customer but THEY were out of sub bread. (Complete waste of my time.)

Food is good but the delivery service is horrible and they are constantly forgetting parts of my order. When I complained to management they just don’t care and get a short attitude with me and hang up me. So I think I’ll stick with the other locations. Peace and love🫶🏽✌🏽

Ehhh.... got me through hunger pains. I've had better at different locations. They was out of ham, breads and cheese. We made due. 6 of us motorcycling passing through. Told us dining room was closed. I don't think tips should even be considered in such a restaurant. Starting at 15 percent 🤣. You just got paid to make a sandwich. Subway, you really should pay more and stop buying tip jars.
