Good food as far as subways go. Bathrooms are a little weird and the parking lot is also a bit of a hassle if you have a larger vehicle.

I attempted to pick up some subs togo for my wife and I. I immediately walked out when I found out that they used the same knife to cut every sub they made.(now I understand having only one knife despite being a sandwich shop) but the icing on the cake was not only did they reuse the exact same knife to cut every sub the felt the need to use a wet paper towel to "clean" said knife. I use "clean" lightly because they literally rubbed both sides of the knife and there was still residue from the previous sub. Also the paper towel was dirty from having been used repeatedly. They couldn't even be bothered to actually wash the knife. This is a literal health code violation and a sanitation violation. I've worked in food service before and I have never seen such a thing and it's just sickening. If you really want subway that bad I strongly recommend driving to the next town.

My wife and I stopped to get some lunch before we went to the casino, the blonde employee was extremely rude to both of us. The store opened over an hour late. She looked at us and asked how many sandwiches we plan to order, I stated 2 and she stated she didn't have time to make our sandwich she had at least 100 other things she needed to do. We left feeling like if you don't want our business we don't need to support this company. Would give this store a 0

This location has the most friendliest and attentive employees. I overheard a customer tell an employee about a wet floor in the bathroom. Immediately, an employee was heard saying 'I got the bathroom' and quickly disappeared. I was very happy that they handled it so quickly. Subway also sells Auntie Anne's footlong pretzels, which are fresh, hot, and delicious.

Went in for lunch with my children, and a young native man, was yelling at an older lady with a walker and swearing loudly in front of children and seemed inebriated, another employee came in for their shift I assume and took charge of the situation apologizing profusely to all the customers and offering free cookies to the kids and those who had been berated by the young man, the two women who were working with the young man were less than helpful with diffusing the situation, I didn't catch the mans name who came in but I can assume Rosa is not his name as was displayed on his name tag. The fact that you have an employee who comes in and works under the influence and acts in such a manner would be allowed to stay is beyond reason, we have had multiple instances at this restaurant where workers were intoxicated and working, there was a heavier woman who was missing a couple teeth nearly bouncing off the wall and swaying heavily in place and who we could barely understand when she spoke, and there was a short haired woman , who when we brought this up to her she got very angry and started to be very confrontational and rude about us bringing this to her attention and her pupils were dilated as big as quarters, we realize drug abuse is rampant on the res but to hire these individuals to interact with children is unacceptable at any restaurant even if it is a subway.
Very nice workers. Just got a few sandwiches at 3pm, worker was very nice and she made great sandwiches. The freshly sliced meat is an improvement, although I always liked subway. This subway in Cherokee is one of the best.

Walked in & ALL 3 Native American employees turned their backs and walked to the back WITHOUT greeting me OR offering to serve me! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Then when I yelled is anyone working here , the older of the 3 said she WOULD help me but she wasn’t clocked in yet then when another customer walked in the store behind me (witness/accountability) they came out to reluctantly take my order!! I’m white but have NA in my blood but they judge by hair color I presume ...hateful unforgiving and ignorant these people are & they do this everywhere all the time ! No tolerance of this inappropriate & unprofessional behavior & owner just sent an email acknowledging getting the complaint & said he’d spoken to them about it. Well they won’t get another chance with us but if they do it to one of our friends or neighbors we will advise them to go on the “Division of Corporations” site to get the Registered Agents and or Board of Directors address or phone number to report it so perhaps they’ll screen their employees better and implement some diversity & inclusion when hiring as well as reporting publicly of this location on other social media .

Came in around 4pm today, the woman hiding in the back informed me that they were closed, even though it was well within operating hours. When I asked why she said that she was the only one on duty and couldn't run the shop alone. Shortly thereafter, 2 more employees stepped out of the back (so obviously she was lying) who then began swearing at me telling me to leave. The woman then threatened to assault me. Great service at this location.
