The food (Prime Rib) and service was outstanding. However, the dining room is open to all the casino noise and it was very loud.
Gordon Ramsay's Pub absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and relaxed — you truly feel comfortable whether you're dressed in sequins or a tee shirt. It's that rare spot that feels special without feeling stuffy. The food was phenomenal. The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully balanced with its rich, savory layers. Every bite was indulgent in the best way. The nachos were equally impressive, piled high with fresh toppings and packed with bold, satisfying flavor. And the crème brûlée was the perfect finale — silky smooth custard with that flawless caramelized crack on top. Absolutely delicious. Beyond the incredible food, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Ayu made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout the entire meal. The restaurant is also fully wheelchair accessible, which makes it an inclusive and thoughtful choice for families and groups of all kinds. Overall, Gordon Ramsay's Pub delivers an ideal dining experience — amazing flavor, inviting atmosphere, excellent service, and a perfect casual family-friendly vibe. We'll absolutely be back.
Ramsay's Truffle Pub was great.. loved my crispy salmon dinner along with the lobster bisque....staff was awesome.. food was delicious and was just enough to fill you up.. would definitely go back again and recommend
Staff is great. Food was very good. We would eat there again. Very noisy since it's in the middle of the casino hustle and bustle.
Delectable food! The Beef Wellington and the Prime Rib were on point! The wine list, while limited, provided several options from various regions. The service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The only negative is that is a mostly open restaurant in a casino. We found it to be better than Ruth's Chris. Now that Brio has closed, this will be our preferred casino restaurant.
Chef seemed to have a problem with how I ordered my steak medium well. Sent out medium rare. Server took back and they brought out what looked like an overdone piece of leather with extra spice, after everyone at the table had finished their meal. Not great for my birthday celebration. I wound up without dinner. Won't do that again. Server did everything he could to try to make the evening good.
The dressing on the Caesar Salad seemed watered down and the burger selection was limited; smash burger was mediocre at best.
If you're looking for room temperature steak this is the place for you if you're looking for canned lobster raviolis cold to the touch, this is a place for you, don't waste your time or money very disappointed
The food was amazing! In addition the service was exceptional and we loved the atmosphere.
The food was great and I enjoy eating at Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. While the beef wellington was not the best I have had, it was tender, great flavor and the service was great.

The food was great. Had the beef Wellington and it was fabulous. (a little over priced) ambience was nice and the service was great as well!!!
The food and service were outstanding. Though, we were not in the mood for the rock n roll music coming from the casino and there really is not much ambiance. Nevertheless, we wanted wellies, and we got them, and the food was high quality and delicious. Our waitress was lovely and the hostess energetically wished us a very happy wedding anniversary as we arrived and again as we departed, and we are grateful for that.
I wish I could give an actual review. The restaurant took a reservation but was actually closed. I was not informed they were not open until I walked up to it and found it deserted. Poor communication from the restaurant!
The ambience was great. The service was great. The food was not so great. I had the prime rib and it was incredibly chewy and lacked flavor. Not a good value for the money.
I chose Truffles for our Sunday Night Dinner. We had 6 pm reservations. Despite many many empty tables, we were asked to wait until 6 pm when we checked in at 5:45 pm. Fine, we could. Wait. Then the hostess told us she had a cancellation and could seat us. It was just so strange that she was so tight on seating us before 6 pm. We enjoyed lobster rolls, fries and fish and chips. The food was good, and the price was slightly more than I wished it would be. But I didn't have to go out into the cold to get it. A Perk. Our wait staff was lovely. All in all a good experience.
