ordered food on the app still ended up sitting in the drive thru of only five cars for over half an hour. While sitting there I see the drive thru lady with her headset coming out of her car. Really good staff I see here. Seems this store cannot handle more than one order at a time and it takes them over 10 minutes per order. Staffing cannot be that bad, this screams more of a failure of leadership. Highly recommend cleaning house here.

I got a biggie bag and son if a baconator and they didn't make it right . They made a double bacon burger . Then I got 2 sandwiches in my biggie bag instead of one sandwich and nuggets with my fries ... Disappointed that they were ur clueless

Kiosks don’t work, registers are down, no carbonation in the beverage machine. It took 14 minutes for the $5 biggie bag to be finished. SMH
Tried to give them another chance on Sunday at 1030, all doors were locked even though the employee was looking at me through the window. Sign on door says their open but you cannot do walk-in dining.

They forgot tomato and put extra mayo on my Single but overall it’s fast food and that happens. Besides that, the burger wasn’t bad for fast food.

The girl working the register needs a raise, she was taking orders and had to fill them while 3 or 4 others were lazing around not helping, even walking past her as she tried to catch up. We were there 11/17/24 3PM. I feel sorry for the girl that has to work with people this lazy.

Wow, the best Wendy's double burger i every had. Wendy's is my favorite fast food place yet last couple of years been disappointed yet this burger was amazing. Juice, cheesy and delicious 😋. Every bite I was like wow best fast food burger every. Fries were hot and fresh as well. Friendly and polite staff.

Went back to the line .. waited forever again .. manager explained someone didn’t know what they were doing ? Idk . It’s a madhouse in there and now we’re late going where we were headed …

I went through the drive thru. Ordered a jr bacon cheese burger a single and a small fry. It came to $11. Seemed high to me. When they handed me my bag there were no fries. The woman at the window said fries were not on my receipt so she gave me a fry. The fries were old and cold. The jr bacon cheeseburger was cold and looked old. I used to love Wendy's. Have stopped going to Wendy's. Thought I would try them once more when this happened. I guess the single was $9.
