Birthday celebration was fed well! Food was delicious. A nice variety of items. Loved all the Mac 'n cheese!
Such a disappointment, especially compared to Wicked Weed in Asheville. We had a reservation but were still seated in the entryway (I kid you not!) with people constantly walking by on all sides. The server was overwhelmed, got our order wrong, the noise level was off the charts, no ambiance when you are staring at a fake plant planter separating the restaurant from the check in booth and all you can see is the check-in booth. The food was all cold (even the Texas toast and fried okra), the Mac and cheese was burned and inedible, the brisket was fatty, and 2 of the 4 sauce bottles were clogged. One and done!
Food was not good. Turkey so dry it was almost to the point you couldn't chew it. Our server was amazing. The food here used to be so much better. I guess coming on a Sunday is not adviseable. The food was horrible!
This was a great place to take our grandchildren; enough noise that they didn't bother anyone and the food was really good. We tried the catfish, brisket and burgers and everyone enjoyed their food. We loved keeping up with a few football games on their big screens. Service was friendly and prompt.
Google Listing says it closes at 1am but it actually closes at 10:30pm? That's a huge difference sounds like management needs to do their job.
We stopped in at 7:15 for dinner. We were told we had to wait to at least 7:45. There were two seats at the bar we took.
What's frustrating is there were ten tables empty. We waited patiently for dinner while having a beer. After we ordered another couple sat next to us. They checked the menu out and ordered. Their meals came well before ours. We only ordered sliders and poppers.
When we finally left, there were still at least eight tables empty. We won't be back.
Last year the meal at Ruth's Chris was so bad the manager comped the meal without us even asking. Must be a casino issue.
Empty tables in and empty tables out.
It’s inside the casino so naturally, the food and prices will be higher than what you would expect. The wait staff was Friendly. The soft pretzel and hot pimento cheese was delicious. my wife had the pulled pork sandwich. She was not as impressed.
We had a 6:45 reservation expecting that we would be ordering from the regular menu. When we got to the restaurant we found out that they were offering a seafood buffet that was closing at 7:00. They kept the buffet open but never brought out frash food and they told us that beverage service would end at 7PM Just awful
Mediocre food and service. Slaw is very bland. I've had much better BBQ for less money. Wasn't horrible but wasn't great either. I'll pass going there again.
First of all let me start off by saying dont believe the bad reviews. We made reservations and was invited in 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. We were seated fast greeted in a timely manner by our waitress Kris. Order was taken in a timely manner she was very friendly. I got the sampler 3 meats 2 sides. Ribs, pork and brisket was awesome! Mustard base sauce was great. I got fired okra and potato salad it was also good. Everything was amazing. I'll be craving this platter again when I get back to Augusta Ga and will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the food, particularly the Jalapeno and wings. The employees and supervisor Deena , were very friendly. Chaz, one of the bartenders, prepared my drinks well, and I believe he's the best.
Ribs dry and tough. Baked beans dry. Mac and cheese not good. Tater tots over cooked. Wings were really good but small.
Menu is greatly reduced from 3 years ago. Ok for bar snacks and drinks, but would get supper elsewhere
Smash burger.... Need I say more? Hubby had brisket with cheese sauce! Both were delicious!
Worst food ever!!!
