The food was good, but while I was paying the young lady taking orders (while her mic was off)was calling the person ordering an A$$hole and she was tired of her F-ing up her order. This is the second time I’ve went thru the drive thru there and the employees using bad language toward customers.
I will not be back.
Had to make sure order was right so I went inside. Waited 8 minutes before anyone took order. Then watched clock. 10….15…..20 when I ask about my order I was told they were out of Mac n cheese……another 10 until ready!!! But they kept filling little cups and shoving them out the drive thru…..@38 minutes I demanded food or money back. Was given excuses about call outs and yadayada ya…..but the drive thru kept rolling. Bojangles serves fast and fresh hot chicken, cooked to perfection. The staff is super friendly and provides top-notch customer service. The mac and cheese is a highlight, being hot and cheesy. While some may have issues with the menu, a manager is willing to go above and beyond to make things right. The chicken sandwich was commercial worthy with fresh lettuce, chicken, and tomato. Food was great as always, fresh and hot, even late in the afternoon. The restaurant is always clean and nice, with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. There is plenty on the menu for kids or seniors.
