New to the area so thought we'd give it a try. Well, this place will be s regular thing for us. Delicious thick patty hamburgers like you would make at home. The fried okra was also delicious. So good, i forgot to take picture 😁

Tried the shrimp plate and the shrimp was not good they didn't taste right and cooked to hard. The corn dread was hard. Even my six year old grandson said it wasn't good so that will be the last time we eat there.

Off the beaten path family restaurant. When everything Jacksonville has to offer is fast food. Food was awesome and tasted like home. Definitely pull over and show the place love! Kids loved the chocolate chip pancakes as well!

Our waitress was rude - obviously irritated with even having to serve us - when we asked about a menu, she answered, "No, no menus today - only sandwiches, cheeseburgers, hamburgers, hot dogs and BLTs". When I asked about other sandwiches, she replied exactly the same. And then stood there... she never said a kind word, never once smiled and only said thank you when she was thanked twice.
The food was ok but two of us didn't get our food as ordered. We didn't bother to try sending it back.

We didn't get menus, there were 3 things on a hand written board. Neither of us cared for the food at all and not the friendliest staff. The chicken was undercooked, the rice was cold and the potato salad was warm. Yuk, not going back.
