Went here for lunch in the afternoon, manager takes my order (boneless chicken tenders) after 4 guest behind me gets there order I hear the lady ask the manager what is he waiting for and the manager said I have no idea. 20 min wait to get 4 pieces of chicken from a chicken place. Never ever will I go back to this very un organized facility.

I am so disappointed and upset to how rude some people can be, whoever was working the drive thru at Bojangles in Chocowinity, NC on 2/8/24 about 7:45pm was very rude and unprofessional. You do not tell a customer "What about it?" This person needs some training on how to treat customers. I tried to support location, but I am not sure I will go back. So sad.

Typically you can't go wrong with Bojangles, everything on their menu is great. However this particular store has poor service. Very long wait times and the staff just don't seem to care. They stopped putting seasoning on their fries for some reason. When I ask for seasoning they forget to add it and make a fuss when I request it a second time. I still eat here regularly however, as going to next town over for food is tedious. I hope they improve in the future as this is one of my favorite places.

The food was good, I was told there was a 20-minute wait for fries, so I got Mac & cheese instead. The restaurant was not clean ?. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Went there for lunch at 12. The lady at the counter must of left her manners at home if she had any. Was extremely rude to me or just upset she couldn’t sit on her phone any longer but anyway got the order wrong and didn’t tell me they didn’t have certain items. I couldn’t have asked for a worse experience.
