Just came from drive thru. 1st I was told 15 minutes for chicken then 2 seconds later came back to say No more ! Chicken for the night. It's only 9 and they close at 10p. Terrible a chicken place that doesn't have any chicken.
I only went through the drive through. I sat at the window for two minutes looking at my order in a sack at the window while folks appeared to be doing other things besides customer service at the window. When I received my tea with my order there with no straw. I asked for a straw and was told they were out of straws. The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was below average for any other Bojangles I’ve been too.

I am so disappointed and upset to how rude some people can be, whoever was working the drive thru at Bojangles in Chocowinity, NC on 2/8/24 about 7:45pm was very rude and unprofessional. You do not tell a customer "What about it?" This person needs some training on how to treat customers. I tried to support location, but I am not sure I will go back. So sad.
