Bojangles offers a great menu, but this store has long wait times and poor service. Some staff seem uncaring and forgetful, even fussing over simple requests. Despite this, the food is good, especially the Mac & Cheese. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself is not clean. The drive-thru experience was lacking, with a wait for food and missing items like a straw. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit was below par compared to other Bojangles locations. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future.
