I am so disappointed and upset to how rude some people can be, whoever was working the drive thru at Bojangles in Chocowinity, NC on 2/8/24 about 7:45pm was very rude and unprofessional. You do not tell a customer "What about it?" This person needs some training on how to treat customers. I tried to support location, but I am not sure I will go back. So sad.
When I went in to order, there was two people in front of me, one had order and the other was making an order, I order my food, they placed the food on a plate and it sat there on the counter for ten minutes, the waiter said they were waiting on fries, I waited for five more minutes and they sat a pan of fries beside my plate and waited on three other people, another six minutes, plate still setting the with cold food, I left the store, I had worked 9 hours and did not want cold...read full review

Bojangles offers a good menu, but this store has long wait times and poor service. Some staff seem uncaring and forgetful, even fussing over simple requests. Despite this, the food is good, especially the Mac & Cheese. The restaurant itself is not very clean, which can be disappointing. The drive-thru experience often involves waiting for food, and sometimes items like a straw are missing. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit was below par compared to other Bojangles locations. However, the staff, including Devontay in management, are friendly and work to ensure the food is fresh and delicious. Customers appreciate the warm and friendly service, especially when they need early morning biscuits or are visiting from out of town and find the employees consistently amazing. Still, there are times when the service does not meet expectations, such as when iced tea is served without ice on a hot day. Improvements are hoped for in the future.
