Today, Jan 20, 2022 at approximately 4pm, I had the worst drive thru experience of my life at this Hardee's location in Chocowinity, NC. I ordered @$29 worth of food. The general manager, Keiquanda, went to hand me my 3 drinks in a drink tray, in which I rarely use anyway. But she handed it to me with the 1 odd drink towards me. Based on the reviews, this Hardee's location has issues with slow service and inconsistent food. Customers often wait for their order, and food can arrive at room temperature. One burger was described as terrible tasting, and there was no mustard on the burger but mustard on the wrapper. The drive-thru frequently asks customers to pull around while waiting for items. On a positive note, the restaurant has been in the same location since the early 1990's and has survived many changes. Despite the problems, some customers remain loyal and are grateful it is still open.
