Ordered a chicken sandwich and took 3 big bites to realize it was literally completely RAW. I have severe emetophobia and had to sit in the bathroom and cry for an hour straight trying to make myself throw up because people can’t even cook a sandwich fully through. This is beyond ridiculous.

I always drive a little further just to go to this specific location because I have literally never had any issues here. The food is always so good, my order is always right, and the service is so good. Tonight I was helped by Nicole and Jade, and they were so friendly. Honestly some of the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment.

they didn't give me what I ordered, i tried to go back around the drive thru because they had the doors locked already at 7pm and when I went back around I waited 10-15 mins waiting for people that was standing in the drive thru line talking to the people inside, then I waited for another 10 mins waiting for someone to come back to the window and no one ever came, poor service

Horrible & I mean HORRIBLE customer service. They got my order wrong twice, even with me showing them the receipt. Then tried to imply like I just wanted free food. Maybe, if you could read or comprehend pass the first grade level….I wouldn’t have had to bring the food up more than once. They were also bashing customers in the lobby and in the drive-through like we couldn’t hear them. Never again smh
Horrible. Went by at 9 pm. Out of coke, out of whoppers. Guy that handed me my food had his pants to his knees. Sorry excuse for a Burger King. I mean, I know it’s Burger King in Claremont, but can we not find half decent employees? Let alone make sure we have “beef” in stock?

Our power went out this afternoon so we decided to grab some supper from this burger king. I wish I could attach the picture I took to show but I ordered what was supposed to be an 8 piece chicken fry combo. There may have been a total of 4 in the box and they were all just broken pieces! Very dissapointed with this. We spent $35 on food and the rest of it was ok but this was just pitiful.
