Went to this subway tonight and as we got there the two ladies were helping this older lady and gentlemen. As the manager was being polite to the lady she asked what she would like today the lady was very rude and cussing the young ladies and the manager asked her not to be so rude and she would help her with what she would like to eat and the older lady still wanted to be rude to the manager so the manager asked her to leave since she was being so rude and yelling at the manager as me and my husband and two girls were standing there to witness this. The ladies were both very nice and respectful and they served us just fine without a problem.

ATTENTION CORPORATE PLEASE SURPRISE AUDIT THIS LOCATION THEY ONLY HAVE 2 EMPLOYEES!!! THIS FRANCHISE OWNER IS STEALUNG MONEY IF PAYROLL ISNT CLEARING!! This place is a joke. I work right next to them and they never have ingredients, they change their hours randomly so you never know when they're open or what they have available. I just tried to get a simple turkey sub but couldn't because they're out of white bread and it's lunch rush right now. from what I noticed that's an everyday occurrence. corporate really needs to get in touch with the owner of this franchise because it is being severely mishandled. a FORMER employee told me that their checks don't even clear every week so I'm honestly surprised they even show up because I wouldn't. EMPLOYEES PLEASE CALL YOUR STATE LABOR BOARD AND GET YOUR MONEY AND GET THEM FINED!

Food is great but is understaff and this guy took 40 min to do a footlong nachos that is ridiculous and top of everything forgot to put chipotle sauce and cheese not good they need to train their staff how to do things faster and more efficient. I love subway but is because of stuff like this that people don't want to come here no more.

It's sad with how either how understaffed this subway is or how little the staff cares of completing an order. Naturally most people only get 30 minutes to an hour for lunch. When you place an online order and show up to the restaurant 30 minutes later and they haven't even started your order and you have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for everyone else in line I don't see the point of online ordering. I would avoid this subway as it's not like other subway experiences.

Went there to eat and was told it would be a while because they had online orders to fill. Where is customer service? You should wait on the customer in front of you first. We left and went somewhere else to eat. Will not go back there to eat.
this is the worse subway ever!! subs are always sloppy when being made, they’re too lazy to restock their items like they should, and every last time i’ve gotten cookies they are hard as rocks. this place has no respect for its customers and i think should be under new management.
