Food is great but is understaff and this guy took 40 min to do a footlong nachos that is ridiculous and top of everything forgot to put chipotle sauce and cheese not good they need to train their staff how to do things faster and more efficient. I love subway but is because of stuff like this that people don't want to come here no more.

I hate to leave anything other than a 5 because I love subway but I was really hungry and got a sub for me and one for my husband. I got to work starving and realized the bun was very hard and burned. its a shame because she made the sub beautifully and just how I liked it. I normally get my subs in Newton because the bread is always perfect and made to my liking. I hope this helps the Claremont location to watch out and not serve burnt or reheated old bread.
