So you order a sandwich from there and door dash delivers it. You order it with no mayo. They put mayo anyway. So it sends someone who is allergic to eggs to the emergency room. You call the restaurant to see if they will make this right. The manger won’t tell me his name. Then I ask him if he wants to take care of the co pay considering your restaurant put my fiancé in the ER….very dissatisfied and disappointed

I don’t know if it is COVID but they failed to deliver food in over 2 hours, did not take responsibility for Grub Hubs issues and when I called to follow up I was hung up on several
Times - the last time by the manager Jennifer who told me she had 7 children and my 5 could wait - seriously- I would not make this up! Of course we won’t eat the food of it ever does arrive , but the complete lack of passion for their customers sours us to their menu entirely
