I don't often write reviews, but I had to for this one. Hadn't been to Arby's in long time, I thought I would give it another chance. Ordered the food online. Took me less than 10 minutes to get there to pick up. Food was bagged and ready to go. I ate a couple of fries on the ride home, they were cold and dry. Got home had to put all the food in the microwave because it was cold. I got the fish sandwich on the Hawaiian bun, and it was horrible. It had absolutely no taste. How does a fish sandwich have no taste? I didn't even finish eating it and threw it away. My son got the deluxe hamburger, the patty was dry, chewy and no flavor. My husband got the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. It literally tasted like a sandwich you would purchase at a gas station on whole wheat bread. Such a waste of time and money. I think I am completely done with going to Arby's. Their food use to be so good, especially the fries. We tossed those too. They were cold, dry and had no seasoning on them, not even salt! Warming them back up in the microwave didn't help. So disappointed. It's late and I'm still hungry.

Tables are always dirty, and nowhere to sit. Individuals that work there used to be so friendly.But it seems like since the new workers not so much. Not sure. If there has been a management change or something else, but it seems like nobody's happy to work there.
Hours stated online, on the doors and windows state they're open to 10:00pm. It's 9:31pm and they're closed. All the lights are on, and they answer the drive through but, say they're closed and won't take an order... Awesome...
Arbys may have the meat, but where is the other half of my bun?? Ordered a half pound combo thru the app get home ready to put the Arbys sauce on the bun and to my surprise there's no top bun.

Usually Arby's is good and has great employees and service. However I went this afternoon, drive thru, and ordered off the 2 for $7 menu and added a medium drink. I had to give my order several times. I was never given the price and was told to pull around. My son commented on how rude the girl was. Once I got to the window, I was told my order was almost 13$. When I questioned it, she said because that's what you ordered and that's the price it rang up. I asked what my order was and I told her it was incorrect. Her attitude became even worse, and I told her again what I had ordered. She told me she didn't care because she was new and that's the price. Again I asked her to correct my order and she started closing the window and said she didn't even care. I told her to cancel my order and she mouthed off something else rude. I drove away. If she doesn't even care to get an order correct, maybe she doesn't need this job.

Crinkle fries tasted old and were cold. Had to repeat drive thru twice in the pouring rain.
