I don't often write reviews, but I had to for this one. Hadn't been to Arby's in long time, I thought I would give it another chance. Ordered the food online. Took me less than 10 minutes to get there to pick up. Food was bagged and ready to go. I ate a couple of fries on the ride home, they were cold and dry. Got home had to put all the food in the microwave because it was cold. I got the fish sandwich on the Hawaiian bun, and it was horrible. It had absolutely no taste. How does a fish sandwich have no taste? I didn't even finish eating it and threw it away. My son got the deluxe hamburger, the patty was dry, chewy and no flavor. My husband got the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. It literally tasted like a sandwich you would purchase at a gas station on whole wheat bread. Such a waste of time and money. I think I am completely done with going to Arby's. Their food use to be so good, especially the fries. We tossed those too. They were cold, dry and had no seasoning on them, not even salt! Warming them back up in the microwave didn't help. So disappointed. It's late and I'm still hungry.

Tables are always dirty, and nowhere to sit. Individuals that work there used to be so friendly.But it seems like since the new workers not so much. Not sure. If there has been a management change or something else, but it seems like nobody's happy to work there.
Hours stated online, on the doors and windows state they're open to 10:00pm. It's 9:31pm and they're closed. All the lights are on, and they answer the drive through but, say they're closed and won't take an order... Awesome...
