They tell every customer 30 minutes, but the wait was really an hour. Food is solid, but not worth the wait. I assumed these places would be pretty spot on on their times. This place can't seem to get it together. This is a everytime experience or at least for me it has been.

They can’t keep track of orders from 3rd party sites. I ordered from grub hub direct and when I got there to pick it up they told me that I did not have an order there. And insisted that I ordered from a different restaurant

First of all let me say it is very rare for me to not to want to go back to a place with GOOOD FOOOOD but man!!!! An hour and 45 minutes is what it took tonight and an hour and 15 a week ago. Then to boot the girl up front sits there smirking when she gets my food in her hand, I politely tell them I will not be back but while I'm saying it she turns to another customer completely turning the cheek. I am a customer, I showed respect and in turn was disrespected. This kind of service is abysmal at best.

Unfortunately worst Chinese food I have ever had. Ordered chicken chow mein and received the house chow mein which seems to be just boiled chicken and cabbage. Disappointing. Ate off of my family’s order of kung pow chicken and the breading and flavor of the sauce was just bad. . .
We have ordered takeout from Asia Cafe about 8 times now. The food is pretty good, compared to other Chinese in the area. But I have to say the service leaves a lot to be desired. I don't mean they get orders wrong or anything. I mean the general attitude of the the staff. I have never once seen anyone who works there smile. There is no greeting when you come in. Even times when there was not another customer there when we entered, nobody bothered to welcome us. There is very little eye contact at the counter, they don't even say Thank you as you leave. You walk up, get your food, pay and go without a pleasant word being exchanged. And yes, we always say hello and try to be polite, but at this point we've given up. I guess we'll just settle for getting decent food close to home.

The food is undercooked. The rice had a funny tast to it.to top it off We did not even get what was ordered. Next time we will go dig in the dumpster at McDonald's.
