Placed an online delivery order through grub hub at 7:30pm. The order was cancelled and refunded.
Reason
Your order was canceled because the restaurant is closed or has stopped accepting orders.
According to website, they close at 9pm.
Went to go pick up a online order paid for. Got there and the order wasn't ready and then they tell me that they don't have the items ordered. They offered no alternatives or options. Several customers walked out upset because of the service . This was around 6:30pm Thursday evening 12/5/2024. The 2 young teenage girls seemed more interested in their conversation than helping customers. Terrible customer service.

Can't use a gift card for an online order on the app; paid for 2 sundaes, but no strawberry topping, and no cherries....and not all flavors available in store. Order was not started until we got there, which is possible the policy there.

We usually get ice cream from Dairy Queen but were on the opposite side of the street. I took the kids since it was about to storm, we should have went to Dairy Queen anyway. We walk-in to see the cakes first and there is another customer who was very annoyed, she was waiting on the cashier to finish her transaction. The young man was trying to figure out how much money to give back to her. I wasn’t there when she first came in but as hard as he was trying the lady was trying not to be upset. He finally gave her back some money, but then kept saying his math wasn’t working.
We waited about 5-7 minutes, while waiting we were looking at the ice cream. The cashier finally finished with lady and then helped us. We ordered two small kids cups and a double scoop cup. The young man said $14.88, I gave him a twenty. He pulled out two dollars, then said “I don’t have anymore dollars bills. I told him I would give him 15 cents so he could give me back $5.03. That didn’t calculate with him, he couldn’t do the math. I told him the total was 14.88, I gave you 15 cents, you owe me $5.03 cents. This transaction was taking longer than I would liked it too and the kids were starting to get impatient. I finally got back the right amount, he went to get the ice cream.
We noticed there was algae or mold growing inside side the ice coolers. So I asked the cashier is that mold, he looked shocked like he didn’t know what to say. He said “no I don’t think so”. I said, it definitely looks like mold or some algae buildup. I asked for the manager and the guy stated the managers name is Tim or Terry. I plan to reach out to them about this.
Overall our experience was not good, I always recommend what could help when I review a place good or bad. I would suggest that the young man help make the orders and someone else take the orders. You may also want to implement in hiring a competency test to ensure that your candidates can do math when customers give back change or your out of certain currency. Another suggestion would include having someone clean out your cooler and possible making a weekly cleaning routine.

This was my first and last time there. Cold stone is much better than this company. All I asked for was a cookies and cream milkshake, but they didn't have the ice cream. The guy was nice enough to make it with vanilla ice cream and the cookie pieces, so I asked if he could do chocolate ice cream with the cookies instead, and he said yes.
I didn't understand why I needed to pull around to wsit for a simple milkshake. It took over ten minutes, and all I got was just a regular, large chocolate shake with no oreos anywhere, and it tasted like something you'd make at home.

Great drinks
Hey Baskin Robbins, I ordered a cake from the clayton, NC location and it was supposed to be Jamoca because it does NOT have nuts in it. It ended up being Jamoca Almond Fudge and my wife is very allergic to nuts! You couldn't tell there was nuts until it was too late. How could this have happened?
Drove all the way here just to say y’all closed at 8:29 update your hours
Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes, both with 2 scoops of ice cream, and there was barely any hot fudge on both. They looked like maybe a half teaspoon of hot fudge had been trickled over the top and that was it. Won't be buying anything from there again.

Picked up a great ice cream cake today. Thank you.
Just don't do it. Ice cream was bitter....why?

Staff was very polite and even for as busy as they where. I use to work in the service field, it is easy to become flustered and forget little things like manners. Not here, they where both kind and hard working.
This is a combined baskin Robin's/ dunking donuts. I was unimpressed. They had no hot fudge and apparently haven't in a while. Felt like they had the bare minimum of flavors.Facility was reasonably clean, but understaffed. Staff was very friendly.I do not expect to go back again.
