The worst. The employees suck at this location, I was the only customer inside, it took 20 minutes for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and when I finally got it, sausage. Never going back and this was not the first time, this crew is the worst.

Ate here this morning with my daughter and it was terrible. Was busy so we had to drive and eat. My biscuit was so hard, I swear I think it was 2 weeks old. It was like a rock. If I had more time I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend, not happy at all:(

This place is an absolute joke. Horrible customer service. Asks you to pull to the cone by the entrance anytime you order pancakes- and then when it still takes 20 minutes to get your food, they have the audacity to be annoyed when you come inside to ask if your order is ready. Then when they tell you another 2-3 minutes and you mention you've already been waiting 20 min, they all suddenly stop talking. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. So then you ask for their name- and they don't wanna tell you and they act like they can't hear you, so you raise your voice asking ANYONE at this point to help because you have a kid in the car. So then you ask for a refund and some snarky shift lead named Kayla walks over in a huff because whoever the manager (the one on the headset in the grey shirt) was- didn't want to deal with the complaint/angry customer. This Biscuitville is the very opposite of every other location I've been to. Horrible horrible staff.

Could not tell you. After 16 minutes, I never got our food. Manager stated that their system somehow skips orders. Maybe McDonald's or taco bell should come fix this place.

I had a coupon for a free blueberry muffin if I purchased their stuffed strawberry cheesecake waffle and a honey bun. They were already out of the waffles and the honey bun so I didn't get anything from them.
