Listen, I’m a very understanding person, but once you’ve done the same thing not once, not twice, BUT 3 times to my order, I just believe you just don’t care! I order A chicken egg and cheese and EACH TIME I receive My biscuit without it! This time I pulled In the drive thru and I waited at the window to check it. A man with jet black hair argued with me and said she didn’t charge me for it. I was Looking right at the receipt! Then when they saw I was correct, they had me pass my sandwhich back to them, and they slapped a cheese and egg on top and gave it back. How inconsiderate and unsanitary!!!! The least they could’ve done was make a new sandwhich! The one on Hwy 70 is TOP TIER compared to this location!

I am not happy at all with the quality of food I received this morning. The pancakes were rubbery the eggs look like they were under a heat lamp too long the Bacon however was great. I'm very disappointed

If you're looking for a high quality, fast food breakfast, look no further. The biscuits are made there fresh and you can definitely tell. This is miles above any other fast food breakfast that I've had. It's become my new favorite place to go for breakfast - fast food or not.

Yesterday I tried this Biscuitville location for the first time. Food was good, slightly better than average, but the wait in the drive-thru was pretty bad. Possibly they need additional employees or to improve their process
I have to say this location is perfect in Clayton. Plenty of parking fast and efficient employees. The inside was spotless. Everything was on par. A great location to either hit the drive-through or dine in. Remember, they only do breakfast until 2 PM.

Took the family in on the way home from vacation. After ordering the food and sitting down to wait for the call that the food was ready, when we got called my wife went up to meet the young lady with the tray of food and one of the Hashbrowns fell on the floor. The Young Lady said that it was ok and she would bring out another one. Shortly after my Daughter and I heard the staff talking hateful about it and then never brought the hashbrown out. I will never return to that place..

I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit let me tell you it was so dang dry it wouldn’t even hold the jelly I had to put on it even my husband biscuit was dry it’s was like two bricks with flower on them maybe it was old but the drink I got with my combo couldn’t help me choke that thing down
