Employees made a mistake giving my 79 year old father the wrong order. He only ordered fries and sweet ice tea. The placed a sandwich in his bag along with fries and sweet tea He sat down and open the bag they gave him, he didn't eat the sandwich just open it up to see what it was. The managers forced him to pay for it after he was already seated The two managers that came to see him need to be introduced to the unemployment line!!!
Until this week I haven't had any issues with Bojangles. Twice this week I stopped for a biscuit. Both times it was cold. Cold egg is not appetizing. Find a way to keep things warm or stop making them so far in advance.
This place is a joke. I understand as a former restaurant manager running out of food. What I don’t understand is why you have someone on the speaker in drive thru who is rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Asked for chicken supremes salad shortly after 8pm and before I could even finish my request he cut me off and said “we ain’t got no more salads”.
