Went in right after the remodel was complete food was hot and tasty and the playplace was also very clean and neat for my kids. However, 3 minutes into the meal a homeless couple interrupted us asking for money then hung around trying to talk to us before leaving... over the next 15 mins they hung around the lobby and approached other customers. Had not been here for some time it seems they still have problems and mgmt not doing anything about it

I went to the Burger King in Clayton. You can't go inside they are still doing reservations, i guess. So I went thru the drive thru. And of course anytime you drive thru a drive thru, you almost garentee to have something wrong with your order. They shorted me an order of hash browns. And they didnt give me a reciept so they didn't have a clue to what I ordered. Don't go there. Go to Wendy's across the parking lot.

I'm not sure who has taken over this Burger King but.....they are doing an amazing job! Every time I visit in the daytime, There is a Hispanic lady manager and the quality products coming out of that restaurant now are like the commercials. You know when you think it never looks like that... Well everything I'm getting does!
Keep up the amazing work because this restaurant used to not be that great... But spectacular now.

Ordered online today for pick up through drive through, was in line for 25min to get food. I was given my order and was missing my large onion rings(only reason I go to BK). I went inside to find out others were missing onion rings as well and they had none in stock but said nothing to the fact that they had none…… worst BK ever.
I'm a 2x/wk regular at this Clayton BK and their accuracy rate is 50% (I am not kidding) they packed your bag in the drive thru correctly. They will short you an item or your sauces, so check your bag carefully at every visit before driving off.

Zero stars very frustrated waited at the window from 11:20 till for god knows how long with no response pulled up to the window no one to be seen I understand it being late but if your hours say until midnight reflect it. PS I work the night shift down the street this has happened numerous times

I didn’t have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, 100% score. The food was good and fries were hot. The kid area is big and my kids were very happy with the soft serve ice cream.
