I can't say why but the store just didn't seem friendly. The staff only interacted with customers at a bare minimum and only if they had to.

This was our first time at a Char-grill location so we didn't know what to expect. The staff was incredible and told us about the popular menu items and all the options for toppings and sizes which helped us make our order. The food came out quick but was fresh and piping hot. We loved everything we ate from the steak burger to the chicken tenders with the onion rings and chili cheese fries being some of the best we've ever had. We'll be back 100%!

First time here and I was so impressed by the staff! This isnt your typical fast-food chain place with bad attitudes- The workers truly feel pride in this place and it really shows in the quality of the burgers and service! I had the steak burger with everything on it and fries and it was absolutely delicious! They are flame-broiled right in front of you behind a glass-enclosed kitchen. Everything was fresh, well portioned and the shakes are awesome! I would highly recommend this place if you like a good burger that was really fill you up!
