I don't like that you can't touch the fish. I had them lay the pieces of fish out so I could pick a couple of them. Also, the cashier is also the person who cleans the fish, and the other guy just picks out the fish. His math is a little off. Very slow service.

I went there for the first time yesterday and I must say the fish is fresh, the staff was friendly, the place was clean and smelled frrsh and the young man showed me the fish eyes proving to me that they were fresh, now that's customer service!!! YES I will be going back. Good experience!!

Do not recommend!! I pre-ordered. Make sure you check your order before you leave. I spent $118 on scallops, shrimp and crab cakes. The shrimp was not fresh(smelled fishy) and had water in the bag like they were thawed frozen shrimp. The crab cakes were prepackaged and frozen and mushy when thawed and the scallops are not white like they should be. I am from New England and know quality seafood. Very disappointed!! I have purchased here before and never had an issue. Cooked the shrimp as soon as I got home. Follow up. The Next day I had to trash $30 of shrimp They were bad!!

I'm giving it a 2 b/c customer service stuck!!! it's the lady for me She's rude & disrespectful She was Dec7th when I went to buy fish for an event i had & Dec 24th I had a friend call about some fish before he traveled that far b/c the fish are good & she was rude & disrespectful to him b/c she was busy i understand that But we are customers The owner my need to get someone else to answer his ph & serve his customers & let her stay in the back cleaning fish b/c clearly she can't do both it stresses her out But the fish are Great!!

I ordered 1 lb of croackers the guy picked 4 smaller croackers and told me the price was $9 89.
I also got 2 porgies nice size, head off and butterflied. The price $9.50.
My final cost was $19 45.
Here' where I was disappointed. I got home and there were THREE croackers opposed to the four I paid for!!!!
I thought about calling Clayton Seafood to complain but, there was no way to prove it since they put the two fishes together instead of putting the porgies/croackers in separate packaging.
I will visit again but, I will ensure to ask specifically for separate packaging and write on my package how many fish are included.
It was pretty shady and deceptive.

Met with a less than positive attitude, sold my wife farm raised salmon after asking for a fillet of wild caught salmon. Charged for wild caught. Lied to my wife’s face and essentially played her. Never going back.
