Pickles, lettuce and tomato do not belong on a chicken parm sandwich
Let me start with the customer service. My waitress was very nice. Skyler was very attentive. Even complimented me on my nails. She was very knowledgeable about the menu as I had never eaten here before and had a few questions.
I wasn’t going to do a review so I don’t have any photos. I ordered the wings, garlic, Parmesan flavored and a side house salad. The food was edible. The wings were baked and fried per Skyler. They were seasoned, but I did not taste garlic Parmesan. The salad had three of the largest red onion slices I had ever seen in my life.
If I’m ever in the area, I would probably go back, but I’m not in a hurry to do so. I was sitting close enough to hear the gentleman at the next table say that his onion rings tasted like the same fish that he was also eating.
Editing to add that this was the Clayton location
On 6/17/25, a friend and I stopped to get a quick bite to eat on our way home from a Dr appt. I had eaten there before and always had a good experience, but on 6/17, it was not the case. The restaurant appeared dirty. It definitely needs some heavy cleaning, but that is not what our complaint was about. Although it did not appear busy, it took us a few minutes to get seated. We arrive right at 12 noon. The server took our drink order and shortly after took our food order. We waited close to 30 minutes for our food (a rueben and a patty melt). Both sandwiches were served with toasted bread which was basically black from being over toasted, and the fries were cold. Having worked in a restaurant setting, the plated food should never have left the kitchen! We mentioned our complaints to the server, who was young and seemed inexperienced, but no accommodation was suggested. We tried to eat but the food was just not edible. The server brought the ticket and asked if we wanted a box for the sandwiches. My friend replied that we didnt need a box and that the food was not good and asked if could there be an adjustment to the ticket. The server said she couldn't, but she could get the manager. The manager came and we explained the problem. Her words were very sharp, loud and very rude. She snatched the ticket out of my friend's hand and returned with a ticket reflecting a $5 discount. We didn't expect free food, and do not mind paying for good food, but the rudeness of the manager will be the reason we never return. All said and done, we did leave the server a generous tip.
I just went to Cleveland Draft House for the first time and it was a really nice experience! I liked how it felt like a step back in time and the booths were super roomy. Our server was very sweet, helpful, and attentive. I had fish and chips, which can often be hit or miss the further you are from the sea, but these were excellent! Very light and a great batter, and was a massive portion! My friend got the meatloaf and it looked delicious, I’m excited to come back on a rainy autumn day to try it myself. We sat in the section away from the bar, but the sounds of people playing pool and cheering on a sports game from the other room added a nice little ambiance without ever being too loud. I look forward to returning!
Good food and service. I do wish that they would serve hush puppies with the seafood and fish.
This place is meh at best. I’ve been here twice and have been disappointed both times. Food and drinks took forever and a day to come out and their system there is terrible for bringing both out. The bald guy behind the bar has zero personality and just seems like he hates his job. Even if he does like some personality or anything would’ve been better. The food isn’t bad but literally takes forever and a day to come out for basic things. Overall this place is one I’m gonna avoid going forward
Everything was fantastic, I love this place better than the one on 42

Decent place to hang out with friends and have a couple drinks and grab some food. Awesome for most part.. automatic gratuity on less than mediocre service at best... long wait time for ordering drinks.. even worse to get our checks

Have been to the locations in both Clayton and Fuquay-Varina. Both have great service, good food, and a dink g area separated from the bar for quieter dining.

We started going here about every other week over the last year and a half. To start with the service was great and the food still is. About 4 months ago we went into
The bar area and sat down. For 20 minutes we were ignored, not because they were busy, they were busy talking to each other. So we gave them 2 more tries including tonight. Food is good but service sucks! Service is beyond terrible! After sitting down for a few minutes, we finally received a menu, then the waitress vanished. The bartender, after about 10-15 minutes came and took our order. 20 minutes later we finally were served, but not by our waitress, someone from the kitchen. 10 minutes later our waitress finally appeared without ever speaking took my cup of tea and went to the kitchen area, came back and walked by and dropped tea on the table and continued walking without ever speaking, while my wife had an empty glass of water. I had to share my tea with my wife because we never saw the waitress again until we had to beg for the bill 15 minutes after we finished eating. I don’t know what happened to the service, but it doesn’t matter, we won’t be back. We did hear the waitress talking to other people stating she graduated in May from Appalachian State. She has no personality and her work ethic matches.
