It would be nice to go to a fast food establishment and see people older than teenagers working! Someone that appreciates having a job and is trying to please the customer. Went through drive thru and the ice cream was melted before we received it. All I could hear was people laughing and having fun instead of trying to get a order correct and out. Absolutely pitiful. Seems if you want people to come back ,you would have people working that puts the customer first instead of laughing and cutting up. Service at restaurants is absolutely terrible but everyone wants a tip. Good luck!

Always come to this location. I came last week, as I always look forward to pumpkin milkshakes. They made one for me last week, but said they couldn’t make one today. I’m not sure why the training is different across the board and why the mix can’t be blended without the cookies. Seems like they just don’t want to make it to keep their regular customers happy. I will not return

Went through the drive thru for a mini blizzard with extra strawberries. When I got the window my order was incorrect. The blizzard couldn't even be flipped because it was melting. When I let them know it was wrong my option was to pull around and someone would bring it to me. But that point, the line was wrapped around the building. Absolutely unacceptable.
I only went through the drive thru but it was easy and fast. The blizzards are well - blizzards! They are awesome. And it was served as intended. Upside down! Regretfully, I did not take pictures! But rest assured they tasted as great as they looked!
