Ice cream is great. Cheeseburger and bun tasted like a microwaved gas station burger. Fries were just ok. Will only go for ice cream going forward.

Decided we wanted icecream on yesterday and french fries. Well my toddler got to the bottom of her fry box and what looked to be a part of a bug spinger was sitting at the bottom. Needless to say we were all disgusting.

Hey manager, you need to retrain your employees to balance the drive thru AND customers at register that walk in. Tonight you had a long line in drive thru and so we went inside to order. We noticed 5-6 people working on drive thru and no one standing at cashier. A sticker on cash register read “I’m in training”. We waited and waited while people behind us waited for their order. Finally a lost looking young girl came up with long dark hair and said “I will help you later” and then walked away! We waited a few more minutes until I said “does anyone work the cashier?”. A young male came over and apologized and said “sorry we are busy” and took our order. I said “I see that and that is why we left your drive thru window and came inside”. He took our order and we got it pretty darn fast - so fast that my blizzard wasn’t even mixed when I realized it. I blameManagement - train your people to multi task and not take vengeance on customers for their poor customer service skills.

The night supervisor is rude and condescending. Don't spend your money here. The blizzard experience ain't worth it. Just spend $15 dollars on cold stone or buy a tub of ice cream from grocery store they sell the toppings there too. Also they sale ice cream cakes at the grocery store they aren't as pricey and the exact same thing

One of the better DQs. When they had the pumpkin pie blizzard, we went for a few weeks in a row. Service is friendly and fast. Blizzards were made perfectly. Location is kept clean. So sad when they sold out of the pumpkin pie blizzard for the season. Hope DQ brings it back next year!

Expensive. Stopped in to get a burger and an ice cream sundae. I ordered a number 1 which was a small bag of fries, a cheeseburger and a small drink. I ordered a small sundae on the side also. The bill was over $14.00. I could have gone next door to the diner and ate for far less or could have eaten a steak for this price. The service was excellent and the food was good, just very expensive.

I Enjoy the Ice Cream and I tried a Burger for the First Time and let's just say they should stick to ice cream LOL it seems like the burgers were not fresh they were just heated up at the Microwave and the sandwich was just put together, OAN The Chocolate Strawberry Dipped blizzard was delicious ?
