Ordered delivery and there were missing items. I contacted store and was put on hold for 10+ minutes before I called back. I was told they would send a driver out to deliver the missing items. Driver was never sent back out, and I gave up.

My first time placing a pick up order and I specifically placed my order for extra Alfredo sauce and ended up with no sauce on the pizza at all. I consumed two slices hoping the second slice may have sauce and it did not. I examined the rest of the slices and all the others were the same dry. I really love Domino's it's my favorite Pizza chain period. Totally disappointed.

Fast service and accurate ordering with the easy to use app. Prices are reasonable. The new tator tot dishes are great!
Can’t get orders right and like to cancel orders as well with more than a hour left before closing. I have gave them multiple chances and they have failed multiple times

I placed an order with Domino's Pizza around 6:10 pm, expecting it to be delivered within the promised 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, I received a call from the driver who said he couldn't find my address, even though I live only 2.5 miles away from the store. Frustrated, I checked the tracking, which showed the driver hadn't moved, so I called the store for assistance.
I spoke to Carl, who said he would talk to the manager about the issue. To my surprise, the manager's response was, "It will get there when it gets there," before abruptly hanging up. Thinking the call had been disconnected accidentally, I called back. Carl answered again, but this time he curtly said the matter was resolved and hung up once more.
Feeling utterly disrespected and dealing with unprofessional behavior, I tried calling back to cancel my order, but no one answered. This experience was extremely disappointing. If I had access to their call recordings, I would share them on social media to highlight their lack of professionalism.
