This dominoes has the most disrespectful staff, I was hung up on asking why the order I placed was not ready when my son was there to pick it up 45 min after I ordered, they said it was in the oven and hung up, when I called back the manager got on the phone and said they were having screen issues and my pizza hadn’t even been put in the oven it was going to be another 30 min said I could be refunded all my money but would not get any food after waiting for over 1 and 15 min. He said they were backed up and that they were working on carry out orders of people in the store first- well my son had been sitting there for 30 min! Not to mention this happened about 2 months ago as well “the screen” was broken then too. Do better

I'll never understand why this dominos can't get anything right. They delivered my food to the wrong house. Thought I'd give them another chance. Finally came to the correct house w/ the wrong pizza. Like seriously. Management needs to get them kids in order up there quick. It's getting ridiculous

Placed an order and never received it, 2 hrs of waiting and they continued to tell me it’s on the way. I called back again and they said it was just delivered but I didn’t receive it. Driver delivered it to a different house. The manger said he’d make another and offered a dessert for free but wouldn’t even do the right thing and comp my order, long story short I cancelled and will never eat dominoes again!!!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!

Usually I never have a negative experience with the food… my first time going there was a sliver of bone from the Philly steak on my pizza but that was almost 2 years ago and I brushed it off. Lately, though, I’ve been ordering through the app. I set a time to pick up a pizza an hour later and I got a notification saying it was done in 30 minutes so when I got to pick it up it was already COLD. And the other two times I’ve ordered recently, I put it for ASAP pick up. And it quoted me 15-20 to be ready. BOTH TIMES it took more than 20 minutes to get a notification saying my pizza was even in the oven. It never looks like there is a manger there to talk to or cards to call, so I went through the app and tried calling an 800 number just for it to not work! I feel bad for the employees who really do work, but it’s such a poorly ran establishment, it’s purely out of convenience that I still go. I hate waiting an extra 20 minutes for a pie and I hate when I put in an order for a specific time and by time I get to it, it’s freezing.

After an hour, my carryout order was ready , which was acceptable. However, upon getting home, I discovered that it was incorrect. So, I contacted the store to report the issue. Unfortunately, I was placed on hold for 22 minutes. Upon returning to the store, a young employee approached the register and appeared to be skeptical of my claim of being on hold. Despite my confirmation, I was still on hold when I entered the store. The employee’s demeanor was condescending and dismissive of my situation. I ended up having a two-hour wait for a simple half pepperoni and half cheese pizza, which was not particularly exceptional. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and intend to stop ordering from here. I will also contact corporate to lodge a formal complaint as well. Order Marcos they don’t deliver in river wood but the pizza is exceptional and worth the drive.

Pizza was not fresh. They just reheated and I asked for garlic crust and got plain. Pizza is dry, hard and we have to cut the slices again. Just terrible service

Save your money. Completely disappointed with this location. They skimp on every order, 4 pieces of chicken on a sandwich. Just an absolute waste of money. By the way, the lady claimed it was protocol to only put 4 pieces. The pictures online should be updated, if so.

Came a month back to redeem a coupon there, it was mostly empty except for one or two people working there. The person at the front was a bit deadpan but didn't really make a problem out of it.

Got a pretty good pizza, not really the best after a 20 minute wait. It's definitely under prepared and understaffed from what I've seen of It.
