Don Beto's Tacos y Tequila

The taco had absolutely no taste no seasoning on it. The salsa was water down, and a soft taco shell was like rubber.

Been loyal patrons since they opened and tried to give it a 2nd, 3rd, 4th chance, but we will not be back. One or multiple items in our take out orders continuously are incorrect or forgotten altogether. Several months back ordered a large take out for extended family and our tacos and enchiladas were missing. A few months ago we ordered and were sent home with double tacos but no enchilada meal. A month ago we ordered and received plenty of chips but no queso starter to go with. Finally tonight tried our luck again, but when we got in the car to check our bag, we were again missing our enchilada meal….very disappointing. It is very evident that somewhere along the order-prep-delivery chain a lack of communication and/or care is occurring. It could possibly be due to side bar conversations front desk and wait staff are having about smoking weed/drinking plans within earshot of customers in the lobby. Don’t waste your time or money….do better Don Beto’s. We will not be back.

Went and met with some colleagues for a meeting. Service was excellent and the food was tasty. We plan on meeting there again!

Not much in the way of privacy here, because the tables are pretty much thrown together in the middle of the room but with that being said, the food is pretty tasty and plentiful. The prices do reflect that though.

If I could give 0 I would. My meal was forgotten and they just wanted to blame door dash. Door dash doesn’t pack the bags and I don’t think 2 tacos were in a separate bag. The manager “Juan” was nonchalant and and refused to to take ownership. I’ll let him know this was unacceptable and there was a level of incompetence somewhere (which I would not have said if they acted like they cared at all. He hung up on me. We used to frequent this restaurant with regular plus 25% tips. Well, no more unfortunately. We thought they had it together, but this customer service experience was so disappointing. I will be letting everyone know.

Agree with Rob service is poor and steak was dry can do better with all round service girls at front not very pleasant I went once may give it another try

Continually disappointed in the restaurant. We keep trying to get takeout it’s always something that gets forgotten. Tonight the fajita shells for our order. Get home, and boom no shells. Almost every time there is something missing, or food inconsistently made. Even the salsa seems watered down. For what you pay for with an expectation of a “service fee” , not a tip, it’s incredibly overpriced and not worth it anymore. We won’t be back. Spend your money elsewhere, like mezcalito. Just be better…

Great Mexican food. Friendly service

Let me start by saying my server was AMAZING. The food however was disgraceful. The tacos had no flavor and the Margarita tasted like water. Simy just melted ice. No alcohol what's so ever. The taco was like something you get from a school lunch.

It's not my favorite Mexican place. The food is missing a lot of flavor for being mexican. I honestly feel like they're catering to people with a less tolerance of flavor & seasonings. I've been about three different times each time flavor is my biggest issue..
