This Dunkin needs new management. Coffee is burnt. Took 15 min to get help being the only person in line bc they were so overwhelmed by the drive thru.

I regret paying for my order none of it was right and our drinks were so full of ice it felt like the pumpkin spice was water spice
And they don’t do much to the loaded hashbrowns,if you want coffee there’s a Starbucks in the Harris teeter or hwy 42 we are done with this Dunkin

This is the worst location for Dunkin or any other business that I have patronized. I sat in the drive thru and watched 2 other customers be told “no we don’t do that, you’ll have to go to another location if you want that”. I thought odd, but let’s see what happens. So ordered my meal and ask for a soft drink instead of coffee and wouldn’t you know it? “We don’t do that” was the response I got. I said ok and pulled around to get my Oder and watched the 2 customers in front of me complain about the service before taking the food and leaving. I pull up and the cashier nearly slings my food out of the window at me. I kept quit and paid her and asked for a straw. She snapped “ you already have a straw”. I said ok, can I have some napkins? None were in the bag. She said “just one”. I said sure, but now I’m getting upset but still kept quiet. I then asked for a spoon and the response was “we don’t have spoons”. I looked at her in amazement as she snapped “ you want a fork”. I said sure. I finally had enough and said to her “ what do you do here, I’ve learned all they you don’t do”. She grinned and shrugged her shoulders. I think her name was Mikala. From my experience, she is very rude and needs to seek employeent outside of customer service. Dunkin will NEVER get another dime from me.

They have a special $3 but they will charge you for extra stuff then argue about refunding you.

Ordered two drinks - got charged for 3. I was overcharged by $5.22. They had no idea how to resolve it. They said they could not refund.

They suggested I drive home and get another debit card so they could refund their mistake. They threatened to call the police because I insisted they refund their mistake overcharge.

After two calls to their manager, they refunded the overcharge of $5.22.

I wish I could give fewer than 1 star.

Instead of an apology the employee made a very rude and obscene comment.

New Palm

This location is the worst! I only stop here when I'm on this side of town, which is rare. My usual is a caramel craze latte. The vert first time I ordered one at this location, it was when they first opened...what I got was nothing more than a regular coffee with caramel syrup. Whoever made it clearly didn't know what they were doing. Fast forward to 8/21/25...I ordered my usual small latte, and immediately knew it was mostly whipped cream (which I never get nor do they ever add) because of the weight. Sure enough, I took off the top and the cup was 50% whipped cream. What I got was more like an espresso shot..2 sips and my latte was done. I gave you guys enough chances; I won't be back!

Their donuts are mediocre at best, the glazed donut holes might as well be yeast rolls because the glaze is almost non-existent. Was given an absolutely burnt bagel and any drink with multiple ingredients are never mixed, all your flavors will just be sitting in a pool at the bottom. Literally go ANYWHERE else

Terrible service. Nobody was in line ahead of me and it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there to order despite there being more than 5 workers there. The employees actively avoided making any eye contact in order to avoid having to do work. Do not recommend this location.

Been three times and every single time i’ve been impressed about how bad the coffee is. Tastes like burnt crap with some water. Donuts are good though. Refreshers are nasty. Service is mediocre. Plenty of better Dunkin’s to go to overall.
