Josh at Dunkin’ Donuts is honestly the best. Every time I come in, he’s friendly, fast, and actually cares about getting the order right. Even when it’s busy, he keeps a good attitude and makes the place feel welcoming. Drinks are always made right and the service is smooth because of him. Dunkin’ needs more workers like Josh—he’s a real one. 👍☕️

I don’t ever leave reviews for anything and I did download Google Maps just for this. I’ve heard from an old employee about the vaping inside the restaurant specifically inside the walk in fridge. That’s disgusting! They said the manager and some of the shift leads stand in there valuing where food is kept! 🤮 definitely not going back to this location again, and told all my friends that go there about this

Wouldn’t sell me the peppermint mocha flavor in my coffee even though they had it because it wasn’t on the screen. So I ordered the dunkallate which was on the screen. They said they didn’t have the milk to make it. So they have what isn’t on the screen and refuse to sell it to me even though what is on the screen they don’t have.

Cashier told me “no” per my request. Very unhelpful and absolutely zero costumer service skills. Nobody at this store INCLUDING the manger had any idea how many MG of caffeine are in their shots of espresso.
Bagel was also extremely nasty and stale. I will NOT be returning to this location.

I tried this location a few times and it’s always a hit and miss with the food and drinks so I just ended up sticking to the one on 70 in Clayton. I moved out to this area now so the past few days I’ve been going today the service was horrible. I have never been charged for a pup cup at any Dunkin that I have ever went to. I even got one yesterday and was not charged at this location which I explained that, but the manager was a younger guy and had a stink face with an attitude when I explained that. The girl proceeded to ignore me and the asked me to pull up to wait on my drinks. When she brought them out she spilt one all over my leg and laughed then walked away. I WILL GO TO THE ONE ON 70 in Clayton for now on. The people are a lot better !

Got a large iced latte with three pumps of caramel and two pumps of butter pecan. It was the most bitter, foul and disgusting coffee I've ever had. When I called and spoke to the manager I was told they are training new people. Shouldn't they be trained how to properly make orders before passing it out to customers for consumption? I guess they didn't think about that.
This place used to be awful, but it's improved a lot in the past couple months. My drinks have been filled to the top of the cup, the ingredients are fresh, and the one time a drink was wrong the lady realized, asked for the drink back and fixed it before I drove off. I can't speak on the food, but the drinks are on par with other Dunkin' Donuts in the area now. If you swore off this place like I did for a while, I think it's worth giving it another chance.
