Been three times and every single time i’ve been impressed about how bad the coffee is. Tastes like burnt crap with some water. Donuts are good though. Refreshers are nasty. Service is mediocre. Plenty of better Dunkin’s to go to overall.

They are so slow , my opinion is if they worked together as a team they would get so much more done . When I get there ther is always , always at least 3 employees standing around doing nothing ! Help fellow employees for christ sake . Takes about 5 to 10 minutes just for a doughnut. Smh

Ordered a large coffee ($6+) it felt so light, I opened the top and saw it nowhere near being a large. I took the top off and there was hair in it🤮🤮🤮 also went on to measure the amount that was in there and took pics...I'm not even 1min away from the location where I took the pics. Absolute disgust and robbery!

This is the SECOND time this has happened. I stopped going for a while hoping it would get better but it’s still the same. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant with NO EGG. I get my sandwich and there is egg. Luckily I’m not allergic but this is ridiculous. I have called multiple times to the location but nobody is answering. I will go back this afternoon to get my money back but they have lost a customer.

I love Dunkin Donuts and will go out of my way to stop and get some BUT, never again at this location. It was us and 2 other people in line. Never got a greeting or acknowledgement from staff. They were so focused on drive thru that no one else mattered. Finally gave my order and then waited another 5-10 mins for someone to finally fill my order. Get home and these are the worst donuts I’ve ever had. Tasted like old grease and were so stale I wondered if they were leftover from the day before.🤷🏼♀️. Also while there noticed that they had hardly any donuts in the cases. What’s going on ? Seems like they need new management of something.
Awful service. Rude employees, sold out of everything by 9am. Somehow my order is always messed up.

I was looking for a last minute place to prepare coffee for a Christmas party, Starbucks failed me 2 yrs in a row, McDonald's doesn't answer the phone, so I tried Dunkin, called at 5 pm, told them I needed regular coffee at 6:30 pm. I walked in and Justin had everything ready, cups, sugar, creamer, I mean everything, packaged neatly waiting for me at 6:30 on the dot. This young man DELIVERED. THANKS JUSTIN, for a job well done.

I felt relieved when I saw others had the same thoughts as I did about this location. They never have any donut selection and I’m very very certain the closing shift employees purposely say they are out of food/donuts so they can leave early. I’ve been to this location in the afternoon and at night after work- and they NEVER have any donuts. I think management should reconsider their inventory, it’s actually pathetic. Or, get new staff that actually want to work.

There should be an option for ZERO stars for atmosphere. Went to this establishment around noon on Nov 18. When I walked in the aura was off. Staff was very unwelcoming/ unpleasant. The gentleman that took my order was ok, but the rest can definitely use some customer service training! For the record, I can’t complain about the latte as it was good, but I will not visit this location again. I will stick with much friendlier service at Starbucks and Scooters; always treated very nicely at those establishments!
