I’m not sure how this location is still open. Last time we went through the drive thru, we waited forever just to order then at least 15 minutes for the food AT the window. No one was in front of us and no one inside. My husband and I decided to go inside today after that terrible experience. We waited 15-20 minutes to order with just one person in front of us. The employees are too busy gossiping to make orders or take orders. They are not understaffed as there were about 6 employees by the drive thru messing around with each other. The place is a pig sty. You can’t even see what donuts they have because the paper they’re on is strewn everywhere. We gave up and went to Starbucks down the street. We were in and out in 5 minutes even with a long line

I visited the Baskin Robbins side. The Strawberry sundae was not giving strawberry sundae. The strawberries were frozen so they pretty much tasted like water when I chewed them. No just regular plain old fashioned chopped nuts, but they did have almonds and walnuts...??‍♀️ The biggest downside for me was there was no strawberry syrup/glaze...not like the chocolate syrup type but like the marinade that the strawberries sit in or whatever it's called. It tasted like I could've just got strawberries from the grocery store, cut & froze them for a little while & add in a couple scoops of ice cream. However, my kids enjoyed theirs but...... the classics were lacking...like no rocky road or cookies n cream. Instead they crushed up a few oreos and mixed it in vanilla ice cream...which is essentially...cookies n cream so it wasn't a big deal...just noting the classics that you normally see weren't there...at least this day - they could've just been out of stock so it is what it is

I came in this afternoon to make a complaint about an error in their system with hiring employees. My wife was unable to get a job at another dunkin because it said she was fired from the dunkin in clayton. While I was wrong about the location… still being as respectful as I could about that. Plus the fact that this location was previously involved with scooters sabotaging my wifes work opportunities. While i was complaining to the manager she rudely decided to say “hold on” points at my wife and says… “you’re an adult you can speak for yourself” absolutely fantastic manners out of this manager. Adding on to the fact that this sabotage incedent happened months ago and they knew exactly who we were before we even told the whole story. They like drama. And this is about my wife. Who they HAVE NOT MET UNTIL TODAY.

This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts location... great food and coffee but what makes this my favorite store are the excellent employees and staff. Always friendly and always professional ... I don't have any regrets spending more than $300 a month here lol

Spent a lot of money on dry Donuts with less filling than they should have put in.

While my family and I enjoyed our visit to Dunkin’ Donuts today, we were shocked by the appearance of some areas. We noticed that the floors in the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms could benefit from a deeper clean. There were some instances where food seemed to have been stuck to the floors for longer than a typical morning rush might explain. Keep in mind that customers can view the kitchen while waiting for their orders. The cleanliness of this kitchen should be the highest priority when serving food to the public. In the dining room, we found there were a few more tables than chairs available, which made seating a bit tricky. Additionally, the menu screens could use a wipe-down as they had gathered some fingerprints and residue. We believe cleanliness is a crucial aspect of the dining experience, and we hope you'll consider addressing these areas soon. Perhaps a more thorough cleaning schedule or even bringing in a professional cleaning service could be helpful.Despite these observations, we appreciate the friendly service and delicious food we encountered at Dunkin’ Donuts. We believe that with a little extra attention to cleanliness, your restaurant can truly shine.

The girl with the locs and square glasses was really rude. I asked for a straw, not realizing they were on the floor. Instead of just telling me where they were, she rudely pointed, rolled her eyes, and opened her mouth like I was stupid. Food was okay, just work on customer service. She should work on her customer service skills everybody else I’ve encountered was super friendly.

I ordered a frozen coffee with extra caramel in the drive thru. When I picked it up, it was much darker and did not look like the same drink I usually get. I double checked to make sure it was mine. The coffee tasted burnt and it got worse when I dumped half of it out hoping the bottom might taste better. Someone did not know how to make this drink- it was not the same color or texture or taste. Waste of my money!

Wait over 25 min for a everything bagel and i got a everything BURNT bread ?, the guy who order before me was mad and the lady who order after me asked for her money back. Its a shame, is the closest dunkin and my daughter literally die for the donuts and is a pain in the back every time that I have walk in the store. The oldest employee today looks like is 20 years old. They need more supervision.

We went in at 10am, and the doughnuts were already picked over. Many of the bins were empty, and the display was difficult because some of the tags were missing and paper was hanging over other labels. There were three employees at the front, and they made it impossible to see the selection and wouldn't move out of the way. Doughnuts were okay.
