Eggs Up Grill never disappoints! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly—exactly what you want from a great breakfast spot. But what really made our visit stand out was our waitress, Jamie. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. Our drinks stayed full, the service was quick, and she had such a positive attitude that it made the whole experience even better. Great food, great atmosphere, and amazing service. We’ll definitely be back!

Order got messed up. Asked for my biscuit and gravy on a separate plate. All came jumbled together. Then instead of making my food over, they just put my eggs and bacon on another plate with the sausage gravy still on the egg and the bacon. Of course it looked like they just tried to butter my biscuit with gravy instead of giving a decent serving. The other Eggs Up Grill in Fuquay Varina and Clayton were much better.

I have been to this establishment numerous times and never had an issue. Today I was pretty hungry and decided to order breakfast to go. The place was packed but my order didn’t take too long. The issue was that when I got my food home and lifted my bowl of eggs there was a long hair underneath by the sausage. This made me sick to my stomach and I couldn’t eat the food I had my mouth set for. I did call the restaurant to inform and spoke to manager Miguel who offered to remake my food but I declined and asked for a refund. He said he would call me back and he did. I was able to get a refund for my food. I am happy with how the situation was rectified.

Good food and good place to meet a group of people for breakfast. Only downside I wish they had real hash browns lol they do have the home fries and they do taste good I'm just a hash brown guy haha.

Worst hollandaise sauce I’ve ever had. I know how to make it and I’ve had it many many times and know how it should taste and it’s not this! Horrible “Eggs Benedict” We ate here with two friends and none of us were happy with our breakfast. Will not go back.

Rachel was my waitress. I watched my omellette sit under the warming light ready to come out to me for at least 10 minutes. Another waitress actually brought my food to me. Nothing like a Luke warm omellette!!! She was very quick to bring my bill when i was done. I will not go back!

I arrived to pick up a takeout order. A blue shirt server said she will be right with me. That was fine, I’m patient. Then another blue shirt server came and spoke to the people behind me in line. I made a confused face because I didn’t understand why I got skipped. She said, “you’re picking up right. Have a seat.” I don’t know how she assumed I was picking up but whatever, that’s fine. I sat down and waited. She sat the table of two down, then she went to the back to socialize.

Someone with a black t-shirt came to put someone’s takeout order in the box. She saw me sitting there and asked what order I came to pick up. She looked in the box and said “it’s been here” and handed it to me. I appreciate her because the two blue shirts that spoke to me didn’t even bother to as my name or check the box.

I always have bad service here. I’m over it and won’t be returning.

Yes yes yes this is a great place to eat. Oh my goodness, I don't even know what to say about this place. The most delicious breakfast you can ever get. The people are wonderful. Reach you with a smile going in and corn out. Thank you for everything and yes I'll be seeing you soon

One policy ruined the convenience of this place. They won’t take orders over the phone unless you pay over the phone. Since that means they speak your credit card info out loud for everyone nearby to hear, and you can’t pay in cash, ordering take out from here is financially risky or just inconvenient.

Edit: I wrote this review a few months ago and I’ve come back several times since then, and things are only getting worse. During one order, I ordered a steak done medium rare and was served seared, raw meat. Not rare. Raw. Still cold and purple on the inside. During my visit today, 3 employees came to the door, asked what I needed and I told them I needed to order. They all then proceeded to help other customers after promising they would be right back to help. Two of the three even made eye contact with me, so I know they knew I was still there. They were all just waiting for someone else to do the work. Lazy.

And in response to the owner, no, your online ordering system is not convenient. It allows for very rudimentary changes (such as no, light, or extra), but you cannot make any substitutions (such as a different kind of cheese), which can be made in person or over the phone. Since your employees read aloud customer credit card numbers in front of other customers, you definitely do not have customer security in mind. So the only option in order to get food you want, if you don’t want it exactly as it comes on the menu, and not have your credit card info blasted out for everyone to hear, is to order in person.

But that isn’t my problem anymore. This is not a restaurant I will be dining at anymore.
