The food, the prep, the set up, the clearest eye for detail was not missed by Leisa and her team! Every "T" was crossed and no detail missed. Mouth watering food from homemade croutons, to beef tenderloins to crisp salad..and everyting in between.. Place cards to highlight every morsal of food she showed off.. Hands down, the best catering we have had! They catered a banquet of 180 guests and were fantastic. The food was very good. Chef Leisa made the menu to fit our theme, and needs. Leisa and her assistant arrived right on time and set up the luncheon expeditiously. It was a beautiful spread and tasted as amazing as it looked. We ordered chicken salad sandwiches (excellent) and stuffed veggie sandwiches (outstanding). The caramelized onion dip was excellent as was the delicious fresh strawberry romanoff. The lemon bars were excellent!

She has been very accommodating for our staff’s dietary needs, changes in scheduling, and last minute menu updates. Chef Leisa has provided our company with full-service catering for multi-day staff meetings and provided superior service for multiple Holiday parties, ranging in size and complexity from an intimate group setting to company holiday parties for a 100+ attendees. She always puts in an extra special twist to take her food, delivery and presentation over the top.During COVID, Chef Leisa worked with our company’s abrupt onsite changes and actually made home deliveries! Throughout it all she always provided excellent service and superior food. Everyday Gourmet provided a beautiful dinner for our book club, Tea and Topics. From the very beginning, Leisa was prompt and clear with her menu suggestions and related costs. She suggested a well balanced menu that was both delicious and affordable for our dinner. She stayed in communication with me throughout our dealings and arrived 5 minutes early the night of our party. Her food was well prepared and presented. She and her assistant were dressed appropriately for the occasion and extremely attentive throughout our meal. They cleaned up all the dishes while we played a game and we left our event on time. In addition to all of her professional qualities, she and her assistant were so very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this business and will use them again.

We hired Chef Leisa at Everyday Gourmet for a holiday gathering at our home for about 18 people. She was very responsive to my phone call and emails and was very easy to work with! Her personality is so sweet and pleasant! We chose a buffet of Roasted Shrimp Cocktail, Sweet Georgia Deviled Eggs, French Onion Beef Sliders, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Autumn Chopped Salad, Mini Ham & Cheese Sliders and Stuffed Mushrooms -- all of which were delicious!!! She was even able to accommodate a gluten free allergy by offering gluten free bread for the sliders and gluten free breadcrumbs in the stuffed mushrooms. That particular guest personally thanked her as oftentimes, buffets do not offer GF options. We were so pleased Chef Leisa could work with us on that! She also introduced herself to our group and described each of the menu items + the trio of desserts (Mini Trifles with Brownie Chunks & Peanut Butter Mousse, Cheesecake Bites and Chocolate/Vanilla Cupcakes). The best part is that by 9:00 pm, she had everything cleaned up as though we never had a party! (We paid to have her stay as a "host" to replenish food, assist guests and tidy up and it was well worth it!) We would absolutely hire Everyday Gourmet again! We enjoyed delicious food that was beautifully presented and Chef Leisa was simply a gem to have in our home!
