Couldn't decide if the meat was supposed to be hot or cold because it was neither. It's too pricey for a substandard sub and a somewhat clean dining area. Won't go back because it they are asking too much money for the mediocre service and food

Very inconsistent from visit to visit. This visit was a little on the bland side. Got 4 subs for family and none were really as good as they normally are when we visit. I got the philly steak which my wife usually gets. It was just not as tasty as when she had one last. I usually get the club and probably will not stray from that next time.

Food was fresh. Only down side was that they were out of the pork sandwich. I did not find until after I had paid for the order, but I was able to substitute at no additional charge. Staff was very friendly. Love supporting the firefighters.

They may be good for takeout but trying to order and eat inside is a joke. We were here for lunch at 1:15 on a regular Monday. They were out of steak so no sandwiches with that. There were 9 employees but the ice was out, along with the iced tea. Every table (yes, every one) was dirty and we had to clean our own to sit down. Again, there are NINE employees here. Not busy at all.

The kids that work there act like it’s a bother to order and do your rewards. I dined in but got served like I was take out. I’m here once or twice a week. I just look over the service because the food is good. Today the floor was covered in dirt and debris. Everything looked and felt sticky. But there is like five people behind the counter. One of them might want to get a mop and a bucket. As a person with a Service K9 the floor being covered in stuff is an issue. My girl won’t pickup any of the stuff off the floor but she doesn’t even like walking on sticky floors.Still love the food though!Wheelchair accessibility: Flat tile floor. Just a little dirty.

Just purchased a meatball sub for my mom that loves them and it was full of burnt meatballs. I tried to call them back because I did place a $30 order but no one picked up! Poor service & the person who put burnt meatballs on the sub should know better, especially when a sub costs almost $10. See pic.Update: I was able to get through after 3rd call & they offered to remake for my mom.

If anyone needs to be close to the door, it could take a while to find a parking space.Kid-friendliness: Loud voices travel as the restaurant has a large open dining area with high ceilings. It has some booths, but no private booths.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat parking lot & one story. If anyone finds a handicapped parking space, the accessibility is good.

Would have given 5 stars because Firehouse has great subs. However, upon witnessing the prep doing multiple things to include changing register tape while wiping dirt out of it with same gloves he was preparing subs with. Asked twice for him to put clean gloves on. He did not.
