Guajillo's Mexican Grill

Hard to enjoy your food when you’re being rushed ! When entering I was told to sit where I wanted, now everyone is watching US because they wanted to Use this table for a larger party which could have been expressed up front ! Food was cold meat and tortillas. Guess you can’t get treated right here unless they feel like your going to give them a big tip ! I was overcharged , service was terrible and my food was cold ! I only tip big when it’s deserved ! Get the tip out of the extra I have been charged! I will never return ! If you want authentic Mexican food try a better place, this is a bad representation of Culture and treatment 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Owner or Upper Management please address the issues!

Ordered food to go , got it home and it was ice cold. Called the restaurant and the guy on the phone wanted to argue with me about his tables are hot . I live 2 minutes from the restaurant. This is the third time we have had bad service and food.

Awesome food and drinks every single time. Super service, and man are they fast! Have never gotten anything here that I didn't throughly enjoy. Oh and the adult beverages!! Amazing, I really hope to enjoy this place for a long time to come.

Had never been here when we were in the area and hungry. We stopped in and were so satisfied with the service and food! Nice little place with a pleasant quaint feel.

We get take out from Guajillo’s several times a month and usually find the food yummy. My only complaint is the flan. I love flan!!! My mom was from Spain and made it all the time. It was her signature dessert and I miss it. The first few times I got flan at Guajillo’s, I thought - finally a restaurant that knows how to make flan. It was thick, rich, creamy and oh so good!!!

Sadly their flan has not been a consistent recipe. I keep getting the flan in hopes of getting that yummy goodness and I seem to be doomed by getting the grainy, curdled scrambled eggy flan instead. I have no idea why it’s a hit or miss with them. But over the past 6 months 1 out of 4 times the flan is perfection the other 3 it’s not good. All I have to do is pop the lid on the box and can instantly tell. If the outside of the flan is smooth I’ve hit the jackpot. If the outside of the flan has a grainy spongy looking texture it will be curdled and taste like I’m eating eggy grits.

Today was the worst one yet - no bueno.
I miss getting the yummy, good, creamy, custard flan I know you can make. I don’t want to feel like I’m playing the lottery when I order the flan. Please make the flan good again.

Today was a jackpot day for flan - 5 star day,today. (I’ve included photos of today’s take out) The flan was Smooth, creamy and oh so very good!
Thank you Guajillo’s. The shreaded beef chimichangas were also fantastic.

This little place is such a gem. Food is consistently fantastic. Online ordering is easy, food is always ready very quickly for takeout. Their Steak Fries are the most delicious in the area!

Fantastic spot I stumbled across the other day, I had the Birria quesadillas and they were phenomenal, the drinks were phenomenal and so were the staff. :)
