Guajillo's Mexican Grill

visited for the first time today and it will not be the last! Delicious food that was prepared fresh as we waited. super friendly and attentive staff. one of the owners stopped by to chat and make sure all was to our liking. We're really glad we stopped in for lunch today. Overall a quality experience!

This place is now our favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is fresh, delicious and served up beautifully. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The manager (Jose) also put together a meal for 11 people that we had at the house. It was a huge hit!

Good food that surprised me with the way it came out on my plate!!! I had a combo plate of two tacos, rice and refried beans but I asked for extra beans instead of rice .. the beans came in their very own little taco bowls!!! Absolutely loved it!!!! Would recommend for anyone who loves some Tacos and Margaritas.. Delicious!!

We love Guajillo. It's a small place but that's what makes it the best rest around. Great ambiance for the whole family, the food is super tasty but the best is the service.
The owner is amazing, the server (young girl) is the best. Super nice, attentive and very friendly. It makes you feel you've know them all your life. The mango margarita with tajin is the best I've ever had. I've been to many Mexican restaurants, but that drink is num for me. The guacamole is super fresh, the chips are crisp and fresh. The horchata and jamaica drinks are so fresh and homemade, nothing like other restaurants. Great place to have a nice meal and good conversations. 10 out of 10

This place is a hidden gem! No joke! The food was amazing! Flavorful, delicious, and good size portions. The customer service… FANTASTIC! It’s rare these days to find good customer service. And even more rare to find exceptional service which is what you will receive when you patron this restaurant. Absolutely stellar in product and service!

First time in, don’t live in North Carolina but if I did this would be my spot! family ran, amazing food, great service, great building. I got nachos which I haven’t had in a while but probably the best I’ve had in my life. My family loved their food. Great experience here highly recommend!

The service and food were excellent! We went kind of late, so it wasn’t too busy. Our party of 7 was served quickly and everything was perfect. Easily the best quesabirria I’ve tried. Even the kid’s chicken tenders are fries were excellent.

In so much as I can and to the best of my knowledge, I love writing reviews for local businesses.

Guajillo's was excellent, and my only experience thus far (but I plan to be back) was based on a pick up order: the portions were excellent for the price, the sauces included were great (I love a little heat to my salsas and loved the fact that they were included without explicitly asking), the staff was friendly and attentive when I first walked in, they anticipated that I may be there for a pick-up order that was placed not terribly long ago, complimentary (fresh) chips and (good) salsa with the order!

It's a smaller space, in person (with what looked like a full bar!), but the hospitality and service were great upon first visit! If you're in the 40/42 area and looking to scratch an itch for good local food, please check them out!!
