Don't ever,ever, ever in your life eat here. Ate here once, but that's all it took, probably because the employees including the Manager is always outside in the parking lot.

Ordered a 12 PC meal, didnt get our coleslaw or biscuits, the mashed potatoes barely covered the bottom of the bowl and it was supposed to be a large. So I paid $35 for 12 pics of chicken, a spoon full of mashed potatoes and an almost large fry. This place is horrible and extremely disappointing. Will never go back. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

If you want to get disappointed this is your spot. I need an adult in there so run the show. Last time I went to this location I ordered like normal just to be at the window to be told they don’t have this or that. Would much rather a Chick-fil-A here than this establishment. It’s like not only the quality of service the food has been under the lamp too long or something. Instead of KFC it should be IDC because you can’t tell me anyone in there does.

Last night i had the worst experience. 8:30 pm went through drive through, was told by the staff that they had only 2 items pn the menu. Wings and stripes.I was shocked that they did not cook anything for the remainder of the night till they close. Asked for the MOD and store# but was refused any info. I love KFC. But this is unacceptable. Something got to ru. This place better the the MOD on last night.

No management. I watched 5 other orders get filled before mine. My food wasn't even fresh. It was cold and soggy! Couldn't even eat it. The guy in front of me advised me to go somewhere else. He asked if a manager was there and they said no. I should've listened to him. Compete waste of money.

Drive through was EXTREMELY slow around 4:30pm today; with only one car before me. I ordered the K1; 2 piece (requested 2 legs) side (potatoes w/gravy); and drink (pink lemonade). Also ordered an additional side of cole slaw; and was charged an additional $1.29 for the extra side.What was actually in the box when I arrived home was the 2pcs of chicken; a biscuit; cookie; and cole slaw. No potatoes! ?..Simple order; for a less than busy time!Why should I have to check my order by opening; and exposing my food in this climate; before leaving the drive through window?SERIOUSLY!

Should be zero star option - screwed up our order / went back to have it replaced / doors are locked and drive thru only option as employees wouldn't let me in. Drive through is now packed and wrapped around the building. Finally get to the window and spoke to the manager to replace the whole meal as it's now cold and the biscuits are smashed on top of the chicken. He states, "we don't do that so $35 later cold food, no replacement, no customer service - the management and the place sucks.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN AND CONDEMN.. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM... PEOPLE WORKING THAT CUSS ON THR PHONE LOUDLY... AND SLIW... 25 MIN FOR A 2 PIECES. I MEAN THRY ALL LOOK INTOXICATED. THE DRINK IN LOBBY WERE ALL FLAT. IT WAS DIRTY.. THEY ROLL THERE EYES AT PEOPLE. I DONT KBOW WHO MANAGE THE PLACE. TGIS IS SAD.. CURSING LOUD ON THE PHONE6. This place should be shut down! Disrespectful staff and poor service. Waited in line for 20 minutes, ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. Word to the wise, when ordering at this "hole in the wall" make sure you ask them to put the gravy in containers. The mashed potatoes were in containers but the gravy was dumped in the bag. This type of work ethic and mentality is what is destroying this Country. And they want $15 an hour but show they aren't even worth $0.15 a day.

Fast Food .... they got the food right. 8 min for each car. 1/2 people drive away before me and behind me. I was 6 cars deep...I should of driven home 10 min.

The slowest tacobell/kfc I have ever been too.Frequently messes up order.Employees are rude at the window.Through the window their work area looks gross and unorganized.Employees very unresponsive and seem to get annoyed if you ask for anything... like a straw.I do not recommend this tacobell/kfc
