12/7/24 - (First Visit) Food is good (Calzone and Wings, if looking a recommendation) but…. Placed online order because the previous reviews complain about the wait 🤣 or NYers complaining it’s not real NY style pizza 🤣Ordered at 4:30pm to be picked up at 6:30pm ($58.68 this included a TIP, no more online tips because of this service) Arrived at 6:22 and told the lady my name and she says it would be a few minutes (I’m early so I understand). 15mins goes by and I ask the gentleman to check my order and he ask my name and says a few more minutes. They were “steady busy” not extremely busy. So I’m pretty patient, 15 more minutes goes by and I ask the guy to check on my order and provide my drinks so I could make them, apparently I had plenty of time 😊! At this time, Several people had already ordered at the front after me and received their food. He then Looks for the receipt to see how many drinks and finds the receipt laying on a table with other receipts scattered across the table. Apparently the order was never placed because he asked them to get this out ASAP and provided me my cups. BOTH front staff NEVER CHECKED (this is what bothered me). 7:15pm comes around and the lady provides me my food with a “sorry” that seemed ok you can leave now, not a sorry we did not put in your order. 3 stars, Food was good! PLEASE Give my tip to the Cooks & dishwasher team, they were hustling! I watched for 45mins and they never stopped!

My family and I have gone here multiple times wanting it to be good because the food is not bad. However, the service is always terrible and the wait time to get your food is always way too long. The owners try to blame being busy, but they are understaffed and do not have good business acumen. There is a new Italian restaurant in the same parking lot. That is well worth the wait instead of eating here.

The hostess couldn't handle being open. Slightly, after the pandemic, she was freaking out. Horrible service, super unprofessional. The food was okay & and honestly, probably won't ever come back mainly due to the poor service we received.

I have been here four times and waited to write this review because I was hoping the first three times was bad luck. I don't mind high price for great quality, however, this place is just high price. $14.99 for spaghetti and mestball is acceptable if you are also providing bread sticks and a side salad. They do not, and the food is disappointing. All you can taste is salt. Everything is over salted from the pizza to the pasta. You are paying premium sit down restaurant prices for a fast food table atmosphere with dishes left around on tables. I do always try to find something positive in an establishment and for this place, the staff do their best and are polite. The desserts are standard food truck delivered and thawed for serving. Please, for the sake of heart disease, get a better sauce recipe.

Their chicken pesto pasta and Cajun shrimp are always on point! It was my first time ordering from their app for delivery and everything went fairly smooth and done in a timely manner!

No matter how many ways I try, can't seem to get across to counter staff that I want 4 slices when I order "Two 2-slice Lunch" specials.

I’ve been a customer for about a year. The food is good to very good but the service is mediocre to poor. Several times I placed an online order, received a reply of the time for pick-up and it was at least 20 minutes late.Today was the worst. Placed an online order at 4:08pm and scheduled and confirmed pick up for 6:15pm. My son arrived at 6:11pm. The order was not started yet. Another 20 minute delay. Time to find a more reliable and appreciative restaurant.

La Cucina Italiana in Flowers, awful. Date, Oct. 2, 2024. First, the delivery time slipped twice, well okay it happens; but the pizza was more than 30 minutes late from the final delivery time. When it was so late I tracked the delivery driver. They were driving around in a very different direction from our house. Second and worse, the pizza we received was not the pizza we ordered. What the hell. Overall, a very bad experience. We will never order from La Cucina Italiana again.

Pizza was very good. There was a couple of issues. First we had placed our order. Got our drinks and sat down. Saw people walk in behind us, they ordered and got their drinks. And sat down. And their food came out before ours. We had similar orders. The people that was behind us order more things than we had. And they kept bringing stuff out for them. They wasn't even busy on the inside. Maybe like 3 tables with people. And the rest were empty. It's not like they were busy on the inside. I understand that they have togo orders and online orders but that's not right. We even got some togo boxes. And they gave us a dirty used pizza box. Not cool at all. Please pay more attention.

Been searching for decent pizza ever since I moved to NC from NH. The pizza in the south is nasty🤣. I am SO happy I found this place! When they say New York style pizza, they MEAN IT! Absolutely amazing pizza, reminds me of being back up north. I also got their chicken Alfredo pasta and it’s so so good. The chicken was so flavorful & tender. I also got their cannolis and those are great as well. The cannolis are a little small for the cost, but I was very satisfied with everything else. The pricing is a bit high, but it’s definitely worth it for quality food. I never thought I’d find a pizza this good in the south. So happy! Best Italian food in the entire state. I ordered through Uber eats & it STILL tasted fantastic.

My wife and I like this place. The pizza is good. Pricing is pretty typical. It's a pretty basic pizza joint, but we always leave satisfied.

I ordered Bistecca pizza and picked it up only to get home and the pizza was wrong so I had to go back and sit and wait for another pizza to be made. The owner was there and when I went to the counter first thing she said was you ordered Bianca pizza and I said no I ordered bistecca. She did not apologize at all for them making it wrong until my other pizza was ready. While waiting I asked could I get a tea and it literally blew my mind that after they made the wrong pizza, I had to waste gas and go back and sit and wait 15 minutes for the new one that she would try charge me for a drink after all that. I mean what is wrong with customer service anymore. I usually order from here at least once every other week and their food is not cheap. Not to mention the pizza they made you couldn’t even pick it up without the toppings literally sliding off the pizza. Seems like everytime we order there’s always something either missing or something but I have never complained but it seems it’s becoming a regular thing with them. That was the last $30 that I will contribute to their business. They need to do better and should be checking make sure your food that was prepared to go with the ticket to make sure it’s right before it walks out the door and to be a little more courteous to the people that spend their hard earned money.
