You guys are out of control with the amount of sauce you are putting on thin crust pizzas. There is so much sauce that it’s 2-3x the amount of bread that the pizza is made with, then you take a bites and it just squirts out the sides all over the place. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that this ruins a pizza. Making a pizza is not rocket science guys, get it together. No other little ceasars does this, just the one on Shotwell Rd, so I thought hey maybe it’s just a one off issue… 3/3 times I’ve been there it’s the same thing. 3 strikes you’re out, I will not be going back.

I called for a hour because while sitting at my someone wanted to use my card number at their restaurant and I wanted to call them to make sure that whoever used it the order needed to be canceled I will be calling in the morning

First thing I call with a simple emotionless tone because what do you expect me to call as if I’m just about to invite you to a birthday party I called and got straight to the point said “hey there uh..could I get a pepperoni pizza” their response “Is that all” in a tone and keep in mind I didn’t say anything about their tone then when I respond with a simple “yea” he goes “CAN you not be rude?” Like a complete idiot like if you’ve had a bad day that’s your problem but don’t involve others and then began complaining about me being rude as I’m trying to tell him my name for my order confused and then he hangs up lovely!

This place is Horrible, place an order for a cheese pizza, bread sticks, pepperoni puffs and 2 liter soda over one hour and it's still cooking this was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes ago. I placed the order at 7:14 p.m. and now it's 8:23 p.m. and still being told by customer service they are cooking my food. Completely unacceptable. Will never order here again.

Hot delicious pizza. Enjoyed my custom pizza .. nothing more to ask for.
My pizza with extra cheese was overcooked...Two of the three pizzas that I ordered was okay...However the pizza with extra cheese looked like Cardboard just overcooked...I took the entire Pizza back after breaking it apart and seeing it was so dry and I did take it back 2-3 hours later but the male Manager Told me I was trying to get a free meal.WTF I threw the pizza on the floor and walked out and went to Papa John's and got a real good pizza for the same price...Call corporate for what, cheap dry pizza even with EXTRA CHEESE , NEVER EVER AGAIN

I'm gonna be honest... this place isn't great. But I think I cracked the code on how to get good food. Always walk in! Never order over phone or app. When you place the order always say "I'll wait for a fresh one". And then stand there, don't leave, until they hand you a fresh one. That's how you get a hot fresh pizza from here. If they say "these ones just came out", while pointing to the warmer... do NOT take that pizza. It's always cold-n-old. Ask for a fresh one and wait patiently for it to come out. You'll be glad you did. Only takes 10 minutes. Your Welcome.

Waited in store for order placed through app. After 25 minutes i asked about it. Worker said its in oven. I heard my name called. I saw worker take puffs out warmer and place new sticker on them, and my order was ready. Not acceptable. For one if i wanted what was in warmer i would have just asked for that. Second when i asked if the puffs came out the warmer he lied. Then after asking for a refund the manager who was in the back they whole time wants to tell me how fresh made the puffs were. Terrible from the manager down. Need better leadership.
