As soon as I walked in it was chaos almost as if a tornado was in the middle of the store. Trash cans were full which looked like for a couple days, EVERY table was disgusting there was a nail on one of the tables and a ball on another. The soda syrup needed to switched my coke looked transparent. And to top it off there was a sick child that belonged to one of the workers coughing up a storm in the whole store including the kitchen/register area.
Waiting for 20 minutes and they just told me we working on it!!!!!!! Regular cheeseburger 20 minutes and more…. This is insane

Terrible wait time. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The one lady with glasses I am assuming was a manager during breakfast was very rude. Many people returned incorrect orders. We never stop here again!

Often I have to check my order before leaving. Idk why I thought today would be the exception. I asked for an egg and cheese McGriddle. Not sure why it was necessary to ring it up as a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, but why then give me the exact opposite. I tried calling you all for get my order fixed and you did not answer. You also do not have a VM set up to leave a message. So when I show up a day later for you to give me the corrected order I will point back to this review with my receipt

Quarter pounder was pink in the middle. I tried to call the location to let them know and the phone number is “out of service”. Some BS recording they put on there, not the normal recording. So I put it to corporate. I like the Flowers location much better.

Wrong item was included in my take out breakfast order. I drove ALL THE WAY back to the restaurant but the manager refused to refund or replace the sandwich even though I had the wrapper and bag ticket to prove the mistake. I had discarded the incorrect sandwich because I was angry about the wrong item as my wife is allergic to the ingredients on the item we received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone seeking a quality or customer friendly experience.

This is a terrible mcdonalds it takes forever every time I go there and constantly gets my order wrong including giving me a red drink from another person's order after I told them I was allergic to red dye at the window and to please run water through the soda fountain before filling my soda

Pulled sat at the speaker box to take my order for 10min.. Nobody came to take my order. So I proceed to drive around to see if I see no employees inside the building still see nobody..Now there another care sitting behind me waiting. You guys are just missing out on easy money
