I normally don’t leave reviews, but what happened this morning was completely unacceptable. I placed a breakfast order through the app and selected “pick up inside.” I arrived 15 minutes before breakfast ended and waited for my food. When I asked about my order, I was told it was for the drive thru which it definitely was not. I was then informed they would not make my order because breakfast was ending soon. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to correct the mistake. This is unacceptable customer service and pure laziness.

The food is typical McDonald's food. The manager I had the pleasure of speaking with was rude and argumentative to me in front of other customers. Skip eat in just go to the drive thru. The lady that works during the day is wonderful.

The Huebner Family runs a good McDonald's and I can appreciate that. Some of the workers could be a bit more courteous and personable and I do feel quality customer service is a very important factor that many McDonald's is losing.
With that said, the food is always consistent and our order is almost never wrong. The drive through runs quickly compared to many other stores.

Very Rude. Every Mcdonalds I have ever been to lets you buy just the toy instead of the meal. Not only was this one different, but they were extremely rude informing me. The food was also cold, and they got my order wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. Never returning.

As soon as I walked in it was chaos almost as if a tornado was in the middle of the store. Trash cans were full which looked like for a couple days, EVERY table was disgusting there was a nail on one of the tables and a ball on another. The soda syrup needed to switched my coke looked transparent. And to top it off there was a sick child that belonged to one of the workers coughing up a storm in the whole store including the kitchen/register area.
Waiting for 20 minutes and they just told me we working on it!!!!!!! Regular cheeseburger 20 minutes and more…. This is insane

Terrible wait time. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The one lady with glasses I am assuming was a manager during breakfast was very rude. Many people returned incorrect orders. We never stop here again!

Only had 1 apple pie but didn't change the charge from 2 to 1. Then that apple pie was so old it was not edible. Unacceptable. Typical McDonald's bs. Expensive trash and poor employees.
