Rhonda, is the drive-through Queen!!!!! She’s always Happy, fast, she knows our order, gives fist pumps with a smile that brightens our day. Our little girl ask to go see her McDonald’s friend after preschool.

This McDonald's, as the most incredible managers and team members. I have never seen a company that has their whole entire team members morale was smiling laughing.. All the while they were getting orders together faster than the negative Debbie Downer McDonald's. In Clayton they should be the training hub for the Raleigh Clayton area. Because when I say I felt included and loved at this store.. Not to mention how much the morale you could feel in the air. It will make me drive 20 extra minutes to go get food from them. Because the food actually tasted really good. It didn't taste thrown together or anything. So I give this store a 10 out of 10. And if you're looking for a job they're hiring.. Who wouldn't want to work where your bosses act like you matter.. I love this location!

Every time I come here they send me to one of their parking spots and they always mess up the order. The lady had the nerve to have an attitude. Then she questioned me about some other things that I had in my vehicle. I can't believe that I had to justify what I had purchased from another restaurant. This place has become terrible.

24 hours mean 24 hours. It urks my nerves employees make their own decisions when they want to close the store for their own personal reasons. How many people do they need to make 1 customers order. They shut down to start breakfast early and pass that burden on to me someone who's getting off from an on call shift and needed something to eat after hours in this cold weather

My husband and I frequent this McDonald's alot. The past couple of times the service has really gone downhill. The cashier barely spoke while she took our order. The person that brought our food out didnt say a word and when we asked for some honey mustard they looked at us like we were crazy. I asked for no onions and no tomato on my burger and got 3 pieces of tomato.The restrooms were also in need of some attention. This McDonald's used to be top notch. I dont know what has changed. We will find a different store from now on.

I rarely go to McD these days, but I thought it was still a fast food restaurant.
My order was not available after I paid and I had to park and wait 10 minutes.
Ok, doesn’t sound that bad, but this is a more recent phenomenon. I suspect the cause is a lack of adequate staffing. Or, perhaps, the McD is not designed to handle a lot of customers.
I ordered fries and there was a wait for the burger. Apparently, they set up a bag with fries and by the time I got them, they were luke warm and soggy.
My first job was at McD and your customers and employees deserve better treatment.

The girl working the drive through wouldn’t acknowledge my attempt to say hello. She also just nodded rudely at me when I said thank you. Trash customer service. At least the food was decently fresh. Came thru at around 2-215 am. She was wearing a purple shirt.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but what happened this morning was completely unacceptable. I placed a breakfast order through the app and selected “pick up inside.” I arrived 15 minutes before breakfast ended and waited for my food. When I asked about my order, I was told it was for the drive thru which it definitely was not. I was then informed they would not make my order because breakfast was ending soon. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to correct the mistake. This is unacceptable customer service and pure laziness.

The food is typical McDonald's food. The manager I had the pleasure of speaking with was rude and argumentative to me in front of other customers. Skip eat in just go to the drive thru. The lady that works during the day is wonderful.
