This is hands down the WORST McDonald’s in the entire area and it’s unfortunate because it’s the closest one to my house. My disdain for this location cannot be overstated. Almost every single visit comes with some kind of issue. They mess up the order constantly. We almost ALWAYS end up waiting fifteen to twenty minutes for food that should take five. The fries are almost always cold with absolutely no salt. The food sucks! The service sucks! The wait time sucks!

Every time I go there, it’s a new face I’ve never seen before… which tells me the turnover rate is through the roof. When you constantly have brand new staff who don’t know what they’re doing, this is exactly what happens. And don’t even get me started on the McFlurry machine. It’s down more often than it’s working.

I used to stop here every morning for coffee, but I gave up because for whatever reason they can’t seem to have the coffee or espresso machine ready in the morning. How does a restaurant that is famous for breakfast not have coffee ready at breakfast time? I’ve tried calling multiple times to file a complaint, and nobody has EVER picked up the phone. Not once!

I don’t know what’s going on at this location or why no one seems to care, but something needs to be done. At this point it just feels like a group of people who don’t want to be there and don’t care… like at all! And that’s evident due to the constant issues, there has NEVER been a time I visited this location and there wasn’t an issue. I’m not even exaggerating That’s the crazy part!

I’ve given this location more chances than I should have, and I’m officially done.

You really need to swap employees at both McDonalds locations in Clayton. The one in flowers is the worst I’ve seen with how slow they are and getting food incorrect. The one on 70 is always right

Im sitting in the curb side pickup for the past 20 mins doing nothing but waiting. It would have been faster to order from the actual resturants next to this place then here. What a waste of my time

Worst service ever! Online order app told me to come inside and give confirmation number. I did. Employee inside made me wait 10 minutes only to tell me to get in the drive through and give them the number as she walked away. Second time this has happened at this location. Why have an app with curbside pickup if you refuse to honor the curbside pickup part, and where on earth is the customer service? This is why people drive further and are willing to pay more for Chick-fil-A!

The staff are very unprofessional, the young kids this location has working does not know customer service. When you ask a simple question for a frappe to be thick, don’t tell me it’s made correctly and then cuss me the customer out. I will get to the bottom of this location and see that Rebecca the 21 year old that thought she was going to cuss me got the same treatment she gave. To the black guy working the window, you need to get with the program and learn what a real receipt is and not just the sticker on the bag.

Very very disappointed after many many years buying hot caramel mochas in many locations, this one specifically is charging me extra to add caramel on my drink, you don't see that in the whole United States, plus the guy that is taking orders on the drive-thru window got rude after me asking for a simple explanation of the extra charge, stay away from this location it seems like this McDonald's owner is greety.

No ketchup pumps, no self service soda machines, no utensils out, no one is ever at the counter to take orders. Food is always inconsistent, Big Mac buns are always stale. After 3 years of horrible service I drive the extra 15 mins to the Wendell location. The owner really needs to be in this place for quality control.

I ordered 1 McChicken. That's all. Got a fish filet instead? My order is usually wrong everytime I stop by at this McDonald's. So I thought maybe I could get 1 item and it be correct... I thought wrong. I'll go to the McDonald's off 70 from now on.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. All the employees ignore you when you come in with an order that they got completely wrong. Anytime I’ve come in the lobby there is a crowd of people with either wrong orders or long wait times for what they’ve ordered. Along with that it is not kept clean. I go in and there are receipts all over the floor. Counters stained and a mess. Tables never cleaned. No one is ever at the front counter either. You are just expected to use the kiosks. Whoever owns this needs to start over completely. Crew is terrible. Won’t help you and won’t listen. Orders are never right. Wait times are ridiculous. Please. Fix this McDonald’s!! Now I just drive to the one on Clayton boulevard because they always do it right!
