Went for some drinks, there was karaoke that night. Drinks were strong and fairly priced.

A wonderful Irish pub. Great service, great atmosphere, and great food. I had the Reuben with house made chips and a Guinness. My daughter had a turkey Reuben. Both sandwiches were excellent and the chips were YUMMY. I look forward to returning.

Christina, the “manager” is extremely rude and does not need to be working in the restaurant or hospitality industry. We had placed an order over the phone and asked for the center-cut sirloin. Upon arrival, I was told they were out of the sirloin, and that they only had ribeye. Christina lied to me and said she confirmed this over the phone with my girlfriend when she called to place the order. Upon arriving home, it was found out that Christina did not confirm we wanted the ribeye in place of the sirloin. We tried to call and speak with someone regarding this situation and were told they do not have a sirloin on the menu, that Christina looks at the menu everyday and knows it by heart even though it is listed on the menu in the screenshot. When asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue at hand we were told she was the manager and abruptly hung up on us. When we called back, we were told to call back tomorrow and speak with a different manager who is not her. This was extremely terrible customer service and we will not be ordering from here again.

Placed an order for the sirloin for pickup (as documented publicly on their online menu). The manager told my significant other upon picking up the order that they were out of the sirloin for the day and she voiced that to me over the phone and I apparently approved it. When I called to ask why the manager lied about telling me over the phone, I was rudely told the ribeye is all they have, told I was lying about the sirloin on the menu, and that she “assumed” that is what I wanted so she didn’t me for clarification. So two different stories from the same person. I asked to speak with another manager as the lady was argumentative and continuing was falsify what happened and then hung up on me twice and proceeded to laugh at me for saying her account of the situation was all lies. Worst customer service, up charging pricing as compared to online menu, and false advertising as well. Highly do not recommend.

Our first and last time trying this place. Sat for about 10 minutes before being greeted. Ordered potato skins as an appetizer and they took over half an hour to come out! As soon as they did, dinner was also brought out. Fried shrimp was obviously out of a box and overcooked, Korean boneless wings were good but, Shepards pie was very disappointing and Reuben only had ONE THIN slice of meat. Will not be back. Very loud, inappropriate music (as it was dinner time, not late night.)

This is my son's favorite restaurant. We love this location in particular. Everytime we go it's clean, everyone is friendly and kind, and the food it always good . He hopes they bring back his favorite the twisted ribs.

Cool, dimly lit bar with kind, social patrons. Very cool staff. Would go more often if I lived nearby.

Literally the worst $91 ever spent on food. The club sandwiches were fine, besides the long dark hair that was left in one of them. Guess that was just a bonus. The shepherds pie smelled and tasted sour. Wonder what the prep date was on that? The cheesy mash potato bread was soggy and unsatisfying to say the least. If it wasn't for the melted cheese on the foil then I would have guessed that it was microwaved. Which I honestly feel like was done. Needless to say I didn't eat dinner and wouldn't spend money there on food again.
