Getting highly annoyed at this location. Last 4 times I've ordered the cheese/sauce/toppings are nowhere near the edge of the crust on the large pizzas (I'm talking 3 inches or crust with nothing).
It's almost like they've been told to skimp since its occurring regularly (figured it was a one-off at first).
Also, when I order a half and half, the topping are ridiculous minimal and not evenly spread out whatsoever (where the 2 halves meet there is literally nothing but cheese on probably 4 of the 8 slices).

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE DOWNFALL AND LAZINESS OF THIS BRANCH! This restaurant is open UNTIL 2300!! We placed an order at 2223….. at 2254 they call us and say, DoorDash doesn’t have a driver for you, OUR DRIVER LEFT AT 2200…… And this is my problem how?! Papa John’s has become so cheap that you can’t afford to pay your drivers to stick around until the end of the night?! In today’s world?! That’s embarrassing! And greedy!!! As if you don’t make way more money off of your workers than they deserve! Maybe the welcome to the neighborhood free pizza from Dominos coupon was a sign that it’s time to move on……

No matter what I do my order is consistently missing items, literally dozens of times now. It's so prevalent most of the time I don't even call. I don't understand why I'm paying a delivery fee when I'm only getting some of what I ordered. Had to insist I get an actual refund as opposed to a credit for a future purchase. At this point I've contacted corporate to see if better resolutions can be done for this order and to prevent this in the future. I'm not one for corporate complaints but I don't know what else to do, drivers notes don't work, I tip and pay delivery fees, and when I do have to call in I feel like I get attitude every time. The drivers have always been kind but it's clear there's minimal quality control on what leaves the store.

I got the Oreo PaPa Bites and they were pretty good! The staff was nice. But these cost me $6.39. I live in Virginia and they cost about $3.80. But although the price is higher here, I'd say it's worth it.
Well, I love Papa John's sauce, I love their cheese, I love their crust. This is a 0 out of 8 experience for me. I always want to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was the absolute last straw. I have many "papa points" because I'm a loyal customer for 20 years. This is absolutely the LAST TIME I EVER ORDER FROM THEM. SPENT THOUSANDS over the years...... NO MORE. I understand there are franchises, and some will be better than others but there is zero reason to keep this franchise open. I'm literally 0 for 8 on a decent experience. Don't want to hear about excuses. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had X 8 and won't ever order with any franchise ever again. You guys at cooperate can look and see how much I have spent with this organization. This is the LAST TIME. Don't care about mud slinging but I promise I spend thousands a year with your company and will never spend another dollar.

The use of third party delivery services is why this is a 1 star review. They do not have those heated pizza delivery bags, so the pizza arrives cold and typically is smushed from not being handled properly.

I order a pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and onions with the garlic stuff cheese crust. What I got was a regular pizza with literally no cheese and he forgot to put the pepperoni and instead of onions he put peppers. Also I paid 23 dollars to get my stuff crust and I did not get it. I came back to the store with the pizza because I wanted my order right, the manager was there and he try to make this better but at the end the did the order wrong again. I don’t know what’s going on with the employees
