The slowest Pelicans ever. I do t think the kids who work there know this is a business. Waited 25 minutes and still 4 families still in front of me…left no thanks
Met with my Colleagues for Nurses Week Celebration. Staff was very helpful and served me a great snow creation. Very tasty.
So yummy especially on a hot day. The playground could use A LOT of attention.
Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. Service is great.
Went for snowballs yesterday and my daughter insisted on sitting on the bench to eat by the counter. After a few bites the guy comes out mops a little area by our feet? And the bench next to us not the actual floor or anywhere else but mopped very close to us like he wanted us to leave. Love pelicans but this was very rude.
Great treat for the kiddos. The snowballs were out in about 2 minutes. Endless flavor combos and they even do ice cream now!
Great prices and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Even if there is a line they move pretty quickly. My favorite is the pelishake ❤️
Good snoballs but they were over priced (last year prices - 3 kiddie, 4 regular, 5 large, 6.50 giant) and everything went up by about a dollar this year. And last year you could get the special “named” snoballs for the regular price now they hit you with extra fees - the rainbow has 3 flavors so extra 0.75 on the kiddie 3.75. Want the gummie butterfly another 0.75. AND there usually is only 1 person working maybe 2 if you’re lucky. If you see the porch is crowded know it will take 20-30 minutes minimum to get a snoball. It’s shaved ice and sugar water with 1 person manning the store can’t imagine the overhead is too terrible. My guess is your price increase is going to drive down repeat business. We won’t be back. I’ll go to Circle K and get a 16 oz slushie for $1 the whole family satisfied for less than the price of 1 regular $5 snoball. Too bad because I liked your product but you got too greedy.
I love this place and go here a lot but lately when I have come they have the windows closed and stuff at 8 when online it says y’all don’t close till 9 like tonight I pulled up and it just hit 8:02 and the closed the window as I was getting out of my car it was disappointing :( but other then that this place is good

Unfortunately this was a let down. The young people working sort of know what they are doing clearly lacking any real leadership especially during their busy season. The place is very dimly lit looks almost closed. 4 of the 5 things we ordered were a mix bag of issues from no syrup to barely any "snow" !?!? They forgot our order and had to ask us multiple times what we ordered. That POS you have certainly prints tickets of some sort so that orders can be taken and prepped off of. Behind the scenes is incredibly disorganized and doesn't really scream delicious treats are served here. The only take away for me was the staff and their willingness to be there and attempt doing the job they were hired to do with what little they are clearly given to work with.

Definitely a popular local spot. Went for first time. Long line moved at a fair speed. Unfortunately I didn’t order sugar free and I’m thinking they just ran out of the flavor and gave us sugar free without saying or something- idk for sure so not holding it too much. It was packed and I wasn’t about to get back in line or deal w the crowd. Just tossed it- might try again another day. On the bright side we really was just going for the playground, so atmosphere was a plus. the option for sugar free at all is still great, just not what I ordered.
Kid-friendliness: Fenced playground structure with some benches on site.

Unfortunatly the ice tastes off. They should use filtered water and clean out the ice machine, all 3 of our cups had a “taste” to them.
