Called and ordered a personal pan with wings. Went into the restaurant to pick it up and it was just coming out the oven. Manager was standing next to employee and he didn’t have any gloves on and touching my pizza. I asked the manager didn’t he need to have gloves on and she just looked at him and he kept going. Like it wasn’t an issue, after that he kept going with other orders without once putting gloves on and touching other people’s food. I wasted my whole lunch time coming to pick it up and the manager didn’t even seem phased about it. Tried to post it on Pizza Hut.com but conveniently it’s not working

I ordered 2 medium meat lovers and did not get the extra sauce I asked for on my pizzas. Came back the next day and got a replacement that turned out to be excellent. The manager was super nice and the woman Kendall was also very helpful

Tiffany was amazing!!! 🤩🤩🤩 We were initially very unhappy with our order and I had to drive back to the store. Not only did she take the time to remake everything herself, but she gave us desert on her! She was super friendly and patient as we don't usually eat here. Based on her customer service I would definitely return!!!

Unfortunately not like I remember. Dirty bathrooms (both). Dirty silverware, when asked to replace were given plastic and no one is in the restaurant.
So employees are not cleaning, doing dishes, or generally taking care of the property.
Broken soap dispenser laying on the sink, and the sink clogged with trash. Felt dirtier coming out than going in.
The food was good, but the atmosphere will prevent me from coming back...
