Never dined in as it was closed due to staffing and previous Covid up to 2022,
Current 2025...Always perfect, order online, pay at pickup, always nice staff. This is a favorite quick dinner when you have a hard day.... highly recommend !

This restaurant's dining area is filthy! The walls are dirty. The painted trim-work is nasty. The floors are soiled and grimy. The air vent returns in the ceiling were black with dirt. We waited 25 minutes to get two small personal pan pizzas. There was supposed to be someone to seat us, but ended up seating ourselves at the only clean table in the dining room. Because of our extended wait time, our server offered us a 20% discount on our order which we did not receive. This dining area was shutdown during covid, therefore they had no excuse for not sprucing it up while it was closed to the public. The food was Pizza Hut typically good, but the facility should be condemned!

We live 4 miles away. They’ve delivered to us twice already including an order for a crew who we had working here. Now they say that we live outside their delivery area and won’t deliver to us anymore. They have no idea the business they lost due to one of their order taking operators in the Philippines. The store could easily override this rule and I’m sure would if they knew the numbers but the operator said no overrides now either. Our loss, but their loss too!

At Pizza Hut in Clayton the pizzas are great but the service there is lousy they won't bring you anything to drink they won't come and check on you they just don't do their job at all very dissatisfied

Food isn't bad, no issues I've had going in. Just standing waiting to be greeted takes longer than I feel is needed. Overall not bad
Called and ordered a personal pan with wings. Went into the restaurant to pick it up and it was just coming out the oven. Manager was standing next to employee and he didn’t have any gloves on and touching my pizza. I asked the manager didn’t he need to have gloves on and she just looked at him and he kept going. Like it wasn’t an issue, after that he kept going with other orders without once putting gloves on and touching other people’s food. I wasted my whole lunch time coming to pick it up and the manager didn’t even seem phased about it. Tried to post it on Pizza Hut.com but conveniently it’s not working
