Came in for the soup dumplings and ended up ordering those plus the Beef Ramen, with an extra side of broth and hard boiled egg. Best ramen I’ve had in a long time, and I’ve driven to some of the “best spots” in Cary and Raleigh. Highly recommend.
From a very picky person who was raised in food-haven NYC, I loved my first time at RaRamen… I’m sort of confused as to why some of the reviews are negative at all. The place is SPOTLESS, so clean and the food was amazing. The broths are incredible and full of flavor, the half boiled eggs are some of the best I’ve had, they also have Gluten Free Options and the servers are sweet. Airy atmosphere, friendly staff, fresh and light menu. Classic Japanese! We got Bao buns, agedashi tofu, chicken katsu, spicy miso ramen and a kids ramen. Everything came out hot, perfectly cooked, and pleasantly plated. This was such a nice experience with my two young sons. I especially like the agedashi tofu, not something you see often!
