Use to be great, especially lavender martini, however this last visit wasn't very good. Got the lavender martini again with no taste of lavender at all, no purple tint to the drink and no garnish which leads me to believe they were out of their lavender extract. So i ordered an espresso martini but came with no cocoa beans. At $13 a drink I expected it would be made correctly. Also, the drinks are half full, not to the rim like my previous visits. Too expensive for half a drink. Will not go back.

Not clayton having a fancy cocktail bar of all places. So i came in close to closing time here on my birthday because I always have wanted to check it out but never did. They actually sang me Happy birthday(i was wearing a bday sash). THat was so sweet and endearing and they have a very well-crafted cocktail menu. It IS a bit pricey(more closer to downtown raleigh prices) but well worth it in my opinion. I came in like maybe a week later or so on a sunday randomly when it was quiet and got to personally talk to the bartender Hannah who was super sweet and i forget the other young woman's name.
They do tasting events and other creative events that i hope to be able to attend in the near future. Great vibes. you'd think it was pretentious when you come in but honestly it feels like a homey dive bar with an extensive whiskey selection. Glad to see clayton classing it up a bit lol

We did not have food. Service was good. They get points for atmosphere. Drinks were meh! To me, I thought they were very weak and didn’t have good flavor. It was the first time we had gone, and we won’t be going back. We had heard so much about it, and we thought it might be some thing we would enjoy, but if this is the way the drinks are served for $12 a pop, I will go elsewhere. There’s plenty of good bars around.
Lowkey obsessed with this spot in downtown Clayton! It's like a secret gem, but not too secret. The bartenders whip up amazing craft drinks, the vibe is straight out of a speakeasy, and the crowd is always ready to party. Perfect for a night out with friends or a date!

Classy little whiskey bar with a selection that will blow your mind! If you are a whiskey enthusiast, you are in for a treat! The whiskey wall with a library ladder that the beautiful ladies climb to access the endless selection is the first thing you see when you walk in along with the smiling faces of the most crafty of bartenders. You are going to you fall in love when you see the retro inspired furniture and burlesque-era colors and velvet couches. The cocktails are handcrafted right in front of you with so many vibes you can literally feel the love from the crafter. Definitely a great place for date night, girls night or just a mid-day, or anytime really, chill spot?
