Terrible bad food and super bad service I ordered a tripe soup and it was all raw I returned it and the waitress was not worthy of asking if I wanted something else because they don't have customers because it's not good

I came here looking for authentic food and they came out with this. The baleada nor baleada was the very thin tortilla, anyway, it wasn't baleada!! The pupusas were not good, the cheese did not taste the same as other times. Besides, everything is very expensive, that shot is not even worth $5 and they sold it for $8 all simple. It's a shame they deceive people. We won't be coming back!!!

We bought 4 orders of pupusas and I only ate one because they are too thick and semi-raw, the cheese has no flavor and very little cheese, to be honest I didn't even try the others... it will be the first and last time I buy at this place. They need cooks who know how to make pupusas and who do not deliver the food raw 🙄

Definitely will not be back. The food was average at best and pretty sure the cheese in one of my papuses was rancid. Waitress spoke no english making it hard to order and didn't get it the order correct either. Thumbs down.

Waitress we had didn't speak any English or even if she did it was not enough to understand. We are not fully aware of the food and we wanted to try something different and when she asked us what we wanted to eat we asked her and she just blankly looks at us like we have 3 heads each. Then what really made me want to walk out is she goes to the person at the bar and they both are speaking Spanish about us because she keeps shooting looks at us the whole time like we offended her by bringing business into the restaurant.

This place was horrible! This was our first time coming to this place, never again. They were having Karaoke night. The music was so loud, if felt like they were singing and playing their instruments even louder next to our table to make us feel some type of way. The waitress did not hear our order correctly, so had to wait another 15 minutes to get the correct meal. The food was nothing like the pictures and the popusas were disgusting. We paid over $100 plus tip. We left with a headache and my kids with ear pain. We should have left as soon as we heard the loud music.

Do NOT go to this place, cashier ran my card for a higher amount then stated, stold my money!!! Doris Caballero! The food was not even good I ordered fried plaintains that includes cream and cheese, it was half of plate of soggy plantains w/ the smallest piece of cheese I've ever seen! and a barely any cream, then added beans that looked dried and flaky and had a fowl smell to them which I didn't even order claiming I had ordered extra! also charged me for them! The service was awful all the waitresses had a bad attitude the whole time!

IT IS NOT TRUE, MANY THINGS THAT SAY GOOD ABOUT THAT RESTAURANT, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THERE I EAT THE WORST POPUSA, AND I DON'T CARE ABOUT PAYING BUT THEY SERVE QUALITY FOOD, SINCE WE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE US THE FOOD, WE PAY FOR IT, IF YOU DECIDE TO ESTABLISH A FOOD BUSINESS, GET YOURSELF A GOOD COOK AND STAFF WHO IS KINDLY ATENTIVE,, THAT GOOD EDUCATION IS INCULATED IN US BY OUR PARENTS BUT THEY SHOULD EXERCISE IT, NOT EVEN THE WAITRESS KNOW WHAT THE POPUSAS MAKE IS THE LAST LAST, WHAT IS THE USE OF IT BEING MANAGED BY THE OWNERS, IF THEY PUT IMPORTANCE ON WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, TOTAL FAILURE I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO EAT THERE, DON'T GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY FOR A FOOD THAT HAS NOTHING SEASONING LIKE IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AUTHENTIC FOOD OF OUR COUNTRY😡
